Confirm your spot in the trip of your choice by paying your deposit. We provide flexible payment plans and we will also provide you with everything you need leading up to the trip, from packing lists to travel guides and more.

3. Connect

Join our trip group chat and connect with the other travelers who will be joining you on this incredible adventure! You can coordinate flights and we will have a virtual meet-up prior to the trip to calm the nerves and go over all last bits of info.

4. Travel!

Our team will be ready to welcome you upon arrival! Get ready for a truly unforgettable travel experience, our team is responsible for handling all logistics and planning so all you have to do is book that flight.

Our trips are for women only unless specified otherwise. We have several trips that are co-ed, Thailand, Kenya, Iceland, Brazil, Bali and Ghana
All prices listed for our group trips are per person, double occupancy means you will be paired with another solo traveler of your choice or with a friend. Single occupancy means that you have your own room - typically there is an additional cost for a private room which varies based on the trip.
We're super flexible! Simply email info@luxetribes.com at least 60 days prior to the departure date for the tour on which you are currently signed up, and we'll help you switch trips completely free of charge. Any payments you previously made will roll over to your new trip.
Inclusions vary from trip to trip and depend on the country but each experience is designed to ensure everything is handled from the moment you land till you head back home. This means that we handle your accommodations we only book luxury hotels, airport transfers, activities and more to ensure you have a stress free experience.
Come solo or bring a friend - its completely up to you! Our group trips are specifically designed to connect travelers together so that you no longer have to wait on friends to travel. We typically find that at-least 80% of the group attends solo.
We’ve got you covered by ensuring all of the money you pay towards your trip is protected in the event that your trip is cancelled due to the coronavirus or related events. We provide free and flexible trip transfers to a new trip of your choice whenever you are ready to travel again.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance - this ensures that you are insured should unforeseen complications occur like severe weather or medical emergencies. We recommend World Nomads travel insurance but please make sure to research travel insurance companies on your own to make sure that it suits your needs and coverage requirements. Be sure to select cancel for any reason as an option when purchasing travel insurance - the added layer of protection is certainly worth it.If natural disasters were to occur and we determine that the tour is no longer safe for passengers, we will cancel the tour and provide flexible refund options and trip transfers.
It is a commitment to bring these experiences to our guests as we plan months in advance for your arrival. When you make payments towards your trip we in turn make payments to our vendors for your accommodations, activities and more hence why we need advance notice if you are going to cancel your trip. For cancellations please provide us with at least 60 days notice. We provide solutions such as free and flexible trip transfers, credits for future trips and more when we are given early notice of cancellation.Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our guests and for those circumstances, situations and occasions we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase travel insurance for additional protection.
It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. The costs incurred in obtaining such documentation or in meeting any health procedures or requirements are not included in the quoted cost of the Trip, and each Traveler must individually pay all such costs. Luxe Tribes is not responsible should you be refused entry into any country or refused for travel on any transportation due to failure on your part to carry all the required documentation, or for reasons due to your own government policies regarding the trip’s destination(s). If this refusal of entry results in fines, surcharges, or other financial penalties being imposed on Luxe Tribes, you will be responsible for reimbursing accordingly.The fact that a delay may entitle you to cancel your transportation (ie flight, train, bus, etc) with the transportation entity/company concerned does not entitle you to cancel your trip with us or cancel any part of the trip or cancel any other arrangements. Luxe Tribse will issue no refunds or make payment of any kind to you in respect of any transportation delay or cancellation, downgrading of any ticket or denial of any boarding.Anyone who chooses to travel with us has a duty of care to themselves and the people around them. We insist that all our travellers comply with local regulations and laws, as well as our own health and safety guidelines, to ensure that everyone can enjoy this group adventure while minimizing the risk of the spread of COVID-19.In addition, each destination has its own vaccination, testing and health screening requirements for entry, exit and transit. It is the Traveler’s responsibility to check the local government websites of their destination(s) to ensure they meet the proper requirements for entry. These can include requiring evidence of recent COVID-19 test results or vaccination. It is also the Traveler’s responsibility to check the requirements for testing and health screening for the transportation to and from the meeting and departure point as well as countries through which the traveller is transiting and to re-enter the traveller’s country of residence.
Our group trips typically range anywhere from 12-24 guests, depending on the style of trip and the country!
We welcome travelers of all ages 21+ to join us on our group trips and we have had women in their early twenties to late forties. Age ain’t nothing but a number! For our private experiences we curate trips for families with children of all ages.
We understand some months can be harder than others. You are allowed to miss two payments; you just cannot skip the first or last payment. If you need to skip a month send us an email and let us know! All payments must be completed by the final payment deadline to ensure your spot on the trip.
Yes! We can accommodate all diets, allergies and dietary restrictions, just make sure to let us know. Prior to your arrival we will send out an inquiry form to gather all the necessary information to prepare for your trip.
AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION You can cancel or amend your trip up to 60 days prior to trip departure. Any differences in trip costs between your original and new booking will still be applicable.You can cancel your trip up to 60 days before departure and get your money back as a credit towards a future trip. Your flexible deposit will remain attached to your profile and can be used to book a new trip whenever you're ready. If your trip is running as planned with no travel restrictions affecting you from attending the trip If you wish to cancel then the following cancellation penalties apply:Payments made after your deposit: Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
