As a Customer Support and Sales Representative at Luxe Tribes, you will play a vital role in both customer support and sales activities. This is a full-time remote position, and you must be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Customer Support
  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel assistance.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Luxe Tribes' travel offerings to effectively assist clients with their travel plans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Help maintain organized records and files related to client bookings, itineraries, and travel arrangements.
  • Sales
  • Actively engage with potential clients who reach out via our marketing channels, understanding their travel preferences and needs.
  • Promote Luxe Tribes' luxury travel services and packages to prospective clients.
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our travel experiences to convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and assist in meeting customer sales targets.
  • Communication
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and our travel experts, ensuring that client requests and preferences are accurately conveyed.
  • Communicate updates and information within the team to ensure everyone is well- informed and aligned on client requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and bookings.
  • Share regular reports on sales performance and customer support metrics, providing insights to improve customer satisfaction and sales effectiveness.
Qulifications:
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • At least 2-3 years of prior sales experience
  • Past experience in a customer support role
  • Proficiency in using office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Passion for travel and a desire to learn about luxury travel destinations and experiences.
