Customer Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Customer Support team as a Customer Support Officer. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
  • Technical Support: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, escalating technical issues to the appropriate team when needed.
  • Product Feedback: Gather and document customer feedback and product/service improvement suggestions to help improve our offerings.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to established customer service standards and guidelines.
  • Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • Previous customer service or support experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an empathetic and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge related to our products/services is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
Additional Information:
  • Location: This is a REMOTE, full-time position, based in South America. Applicants based in all areas of South America are encouraged to apply.
  • Office hours: From Monday to Friday, from 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM EST, 40 hours per week and lunch breaks.
  • Travel: Occasional travel will be necessary.
