Once your video is posted publicly on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube and tagged @luxetribes, simply fill out the submission form (link below) with your video URL and PayPal email. Our team will review it within 5–7 business days.

Most videos are reviewed within 5–7 business days. If approved, payment is sent shortly after via PayPal.

Payment is sent via PayPal once your video is approved. Make sure the PayPal email you submit is correct.

To qualify, your video must:

  • Be from a Luxe Tribes trip from 01/01/2025
  • Be at least 60 seconds long
  • Show you in the video
  • Include real clips from your Luxe Tribes trip
  • Include voiceover or talking segments
  • Be clear with good audio and video quality
  • Be posted publicly and tag @luxetribes
  • No AI-enhanced videos, no AI voiceovers, no copy written music.

If something is missing, we may ask you to revise and resubmit.

Nope! There is no follower minimum. This opportunity is about authentic stories — not audience size.

  • One video per guest per trip: 

  • Guests may submit only one video for each trip experience (regardless of destination or number of clips used). Multiple videos from the same trip are not eligible for additional rewards. Maximum payout is $100 per guest, per trip.

Yes. By participating, you agree that Luxe Tribes may repost and use your video across our social media, website, and marketing channels. We’ll always credit you when possible. Terms and Conditions

Authentic storytelling wins every time. Speak naturally, share your real experience, and show genuine moments from your trip. Perfect lighting isn’t required — real emotion is.

If your video doesn’t meet the requirements, we’ll let you know why so you can adjust and resubmit.

We recommend posting within 30 days of returning from your trip to ensure your memories are fresh and content is relevant.

No problem! We recommend using beginner-friendly tools like CapCut, Instagram Reels, or TikTok, which make editing quick and easy.

If you’re not comfortable editing your video, you can simply share your raw clips of your with us and share a voice over (through the same form) and our team will edit them for you before submission.
We recommend recording a voiceover in CapCut
  • Open your project in CapCut.
  • Tap on “Audio” at the bottom of the screen.
  • Select “Record”.
  • Move the white line (playhead) to where you want the voiceover to start.
  • Press or hold the record button at the bottom centre of the screen to start recording.
  • Release the button (or tap it again) to stop the voiceover recording.
  • Tap the checkmark to save your voiceover.

Terms & Conditions

LUXE TRIBES CONTENT RELEASE & COMPENSATION AGREEMENT

This Content Release & Compensation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Luxe Tribes LLC (“Luxe Tribes”, “we”, “our”) and the undersigned traveler (“Creator”, “you”).

By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

  1. Compensation

1.1. Creator will receive $100 USD per approved and posted video.

1.2. Compensation may be issued as:

  • Travel Credit is redeemable toward future Luxe Tribes trips, or
  • Cash payment via PayPal. (Luxe Tribes pays $100 per video via PayPal. We remit the full agreed amount for each video. Any transaction or processing fees charged by PayPal or other payment providers are the responsibility of the creator, as these fees are determined by the platform and are outside of our control.)

1.3. Payments are processed within 30 days of Luxe Tribes’ receipt of:

  • The approved content, and
  • The high-quality video file submitted to Luxe Tribes’ designated Dropbox folder.

1.4. Luxe Tribes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect PayPal information or incomplete submissions.

  1. Submission Requirements

2.1. Creator must submit:

  • A high-resolution video file (full video, not a repost link).
  • This signed Release Form.
  • A public video posted on their account tagging @luxetribes (unless otherwise instructed).

2.2. Luxe Tribes will review tagged videos within 24 hours and notify the Creator of approval via an official Luxe Tribes representative on our social pages.

2.3. Each submitted video must be distinct, original content.

Duplicate or near-identical videos may be declined.

  1. Approval Criteria

3.1. A video is considered approved when:

  • It complies with Luxe Tribes’ branding, tone, and quality standards; and
  • A Luxe Tribes representative has provided written approval via social media or email.
  • *Video Guidelines:**To qualify for the $100 reward, videos must meet the following requirements: Content Type:
  • “Spend the Day With Me”
  • “Trip Recap”
  • “Trip Highlights”
  • “Video Review” or testimonial (All videos must have a voice-over – AI voiceovers are not approved.)

Requirements:

  • At least 60 seconds long
  • Must include clips from your trip and show the traveler in the video
  • Include voiceover or talking segments (share your personal experience, thoughts, or favorite moments)
  • Must be clear, high-quality video and sound
  • Must be posted publicly on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube and tag @luxetribes
  • There is no restriction on the number of followers, users can have any amount of followers

3.2. Luxe Tribes reserves the right to decline content for any reason including, but not limited to:

low quality, inappropriate elements, incorrect information, poor lighting/audio, or off-brand messaging.

3.3. Approval is at Luxe Tribes’ full discretion.

  1. Rights Granted (Content Usage Release)

By signing this Agreement, the Creator grants Luxe Tribes a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, non-exclusive license to:

  • Use, reproduce, edit, adapt, modify, crop, distribute, publish, repost, and display the content in all media formats, including but not limited to:
  • Social media platforms
  • Paid advertisements
  • Website and blog content
  • Email campaigns
  • Printed materials
  • Marketing and promotional materials
  • Third-party advertising partners

4.2. Creator acknowledges that Luxe Tribes may edit, reformat, or combine the video with other content without further approval.

4.3. Creator agrees that no additional compensation is owed beyond the stated $100 per approved video.

  1. Representations & Warranties

The Creator confirms that:

  • They are the sole owner of the content submitted.
  • The content does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
  • All individuals visible in the video have given permission to be recorded and included in the content.
  • The content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material.
  • They are 18 years or older.

  1. Release of Liability

Creator releases Luxe Tribes from any claims arising out of:

  • Use of the submitted content
  • Editing or modification of the content
  • Public distribution or reposting of the content
  • Paid advertising use
  • Delays in payment processing due to Creator error (incorrect PayPal, missing information, etc.)

Creator agrees that they will not assert any claims relating to:

  • Misappropriation
  • Right of publicity
  • Defamation
  • Invasion of privacy
  • Any other claims relating to Luxe Tribes’ use of the content
  1. No Employment Relationship

This Agreement does not create an employee, contractor, or agency relationship.

All participation is voluntary and compensated per approved deliverable only.

  1. Term & Termination

This Agreement becomes effective when signed and applies to all approved content submitted.

Luxe Tribes may terminate this program or decline content at its discretion without obligation to approve future submissions.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, where Luxe Tribes LLC is registered.
