Be sure to inform us ahead of the deadlines if you anticipate making a late payment.
Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.

The check-in time into your hotel is usually in the afternoon (2.00 p.m.). Our suggestion would be to look for an arrival time in the afternoon or morning. If you arrive early (near to or after the check-in time), you will have more time to settle into your hotel and explore the resort.
You have afternoons/evenings of free time in the itinerary that you can use to relax, go out to explore, or go shopping. However, all activities in the itinerary are optional so you are welcome to skip something in favor of some extra down time!
