Sunset & SisterHood Retreat
Sunset and Sisterhood is Black Women in Chicago Sisterhood’s first international trip. The trip is about experiencing a new place together as sisters. I want us to learn more about the culture, experience adventure & have fun, but also experience luxury and wellness which I think is what black women need more of. So this trip is about unity, sisterhood, strangers bonding and women learning about themselves and each other.

Step 2. Pay deposit
Once you are ready to book that dream vacay go ahead and pay your deposit! Please note spots are open on a rolling basis until the trip is sold out. We highly suggest securing your spot on the trip by paying your deposit promptly. All payments must be made via our website only.
3. Get your trip details
Once we receive your deposit, you will have access to all of your trip details and to our group chat – leading up to departure and will have a chance to get to know the people you will be traveling with a bit more and we will keep you updated with important notifications, updates and more

Girls only! We are bringing like minded women together in Bali for an incredible girls retreat. We do plan private experiences for men and couples based on your own dates and budget. Reach out to our private experiences team for a sample itinerary and package, at planmytrip@luxetribes.com.
Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than 90% of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Your flight should arrive and depart from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (IATA: DPS, ICAO: WADD), also known as Denpasar International Airport, where you will be welcomed by one of our representatives holding a signboard written "Luxe Tribes".
Check-in is at 2 p.m. on the first day of your trip, if you are arriving later on in the day, that is completely fine. Check-out is at 12 p.m. on the last day of the trip, you’ll be able to keep your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later in the day on the day of check out, but everyone must check out by noon.
Guests will be staying in villas in Ubud, Bali. Bedrooms will be shared by two people per room, unless you choose the option for solo occupancy at an additional cost. Each villa includes a swimming pool.
Flights, travel insurance, any applicable visas and personal spending expenses.
Cost for Single Occupancy is an additional $650.
