As soon as you clear customs, your driver will be waiting for you at the airport exit, ready to assist with your luggage and drive you to your hotel in style! On the way, get an exciting sneak peek of Rio de Janeiro as you’re introduced to this vibrant city.
Day 2
Discover Rio
Start your day with a thrilling private tour of Rio’s most iconic landmarks, from the breathtaking Christ the Redeemer to the stunning views atop Sugarloaf Mountain. Wander through the colorful Selarón Steps, soak in panoramic views of the city, and explore its world-famous beaches. The payment towards your Brazil trip can be paid out monthly or in full. We provide flexible payment plans for all travelers, all payments must be completed no later than one month before your scheduled arrival date.
Due to high demand for accommodations during this festive period, a non-refundable deposit of $2,000 will be required at the time of booking to guarantee your stay.

- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- The best time to visit Rio is between December and March, when the weather is warm and sunny enough to hit the beaches. The city’s seductive samba beat and incredible panoramic views last year-round, but arrive in February to experience Carnival.
- A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Brazil.
- U.S. citizens do not need a visa if they are traveling to Brazil for tourism, business, transit, artistic or sport activities, with no intention of establishing residence.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
