Please note this is a sample itinerary and your actual itinerary would be adjusted based on your selected activities, dates of travel and of course your travel style!
Day 1
Private Transportation from Airport to the Hotel. Welcome Dinner
Right after you go through customs the driver will meet you at the Airport exits to load the luggage into the vehicle and transfer you to the hotel. During the drive, you will receive a brief introduction to Rio de Janeiro and some recommendations for your trip. By night, enjoy a welcome dinner at Casa Camolese Restaurant.
Day 2
Corcovado and Sugar Loaf by JEEP
Visit the two icons of altitude in the city! With this tour, you’ll get all the best possible views of the bay, the beaches, the coastlines, the stunning rock formations, the geography, the communities, and the neighborhoods that make up the fabric of Rio. Cruising top-down with us means your journey between the two icons is part of the experience, you’ll be immersed in nature, the hustle of the city, and everything in between. Note: We don’t stop for lunch on this tour, but there are snack bars at the locations to quench your thirst or settle an empty stomach.
Day 3
City Tour & Photoshoot & Boat Tour by Night
Enjoy a city tour around the city of Rio de Janeiro and visit the best spots of the city to get the best instagrammable photos with your private photographer. At night, the local simple bars, with all the vibe of Rio, they are known as “botecos”. On this tour, the guide will take the participants to the best ones in town, where local people go to. They will have the chance to taste the famous chope (draft beer), the brazilian caipirinha and “petiscos” (typical finger foods). Food and beverages are not included, it will be paid directly at each bar
Day 4
Carnival Experience $ Massage Session
Get to know the Brazilian culture like never before at the Carnival Experience! A guided tour of Grande Rio Samba Factory, the samba class, the caipirinhas and the costumes layout will make you feel you are in the best carnival in the world. Later, at Beldmond Copacabana you will receive a relaxing massage to prepare you for your return home.
Day 5
Farewell Dinner
After a relaxing day at the hotel, enjoy a farewell dinner at one of Rio’s best restaurants.
Day 6
Goodbye Rio de Janeiro!
Say goodbye to the beautiful Rio de Janeiro and its people! Today private transportation will pick you up and take you to the airport.

The payment towards your Brazil trip can be paid out monthly or in full. We provide flexible payment plans for all travelers, all payments must be completed no later than one month before your scheduled arrival date.

Prices are based on double occupancy – this means you will be sharing with your partner or with a friend. If you are traveling solo there is an additional one time single occupancy fee of $980 which can be paid up to 2 months before your trip.

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- The best time to visit Rio is between December and March, when the weather is warm and sunny enough to hit the beaches. The city’s seductive samba beat and incredible panoramic views last year-round, but arrive in February to experience Carnival.
- A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Brazil.
- U.S. citizens do not need a visa if they are traveling to Brazil for tourism, business, transit, artistic or sport activities, with no intention of establishing residence. – If the adult traveler is a U.S. citizen and fully vaccinated, then the traveler must provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination status and proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within three calendar days of traveling or documentation of recovery in the past 90 days.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
