Please note this is a sample itinerary and your actual itinerary would be adjusted based on your selected activities, dates of travel and of course your travel style!
Day 1
Welcome to Egypt!
Meet at Cairo airport upon arrival by our local representative who will assist you through airport customs & formalities. Lunch at local Indian restaurant depending on your flight arrival (own cost) & then you will be escorted immediately to your hotel by AC modern fleet. Arrive to the hotel, check in and overnight.
Day 2
Pyramids, Sphinx and Egyptian Museum
Today after breakfast & check out you will start exploring ancient Egypt with a visit to the famous Pyramids of Giza & The Sphynx. After visit the Papyrus Institute and learn how paper was made in ancient times followed by shopping in the Papyrus Museum, Perfume factory and Jewelry shop. Camel ride at the Pyramids with a one hour private photoshoot. After that continue to visit Egyptian Museum where two hours are spent at the richest Museum world wide accompanied by our guide & enjoying his explanation about the history specially the King Tut’s part with the master piece _his golden mask. Pick up for welcome dinner at pier 88 Back to the hotel & overnight.
Day 3
Cairo – Aswan Cruise
After breakfast in the hotel, you will check out and will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival at Aswan airport you will be met by our local representative & transferred to the Nile cruise. Ovenight on the Nile Cruise
Day 4 & 5
On board the Nile Cruise for 3 nights
on full board basis from Aswan to Luxor; whereby guided tours will be conducted to visit the major sites like: – Hot Air Balloon in Luxor – Philae Temple & High Dam – Visit Edfu and Kom Ombo temples – West Bank (The Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, the Colossi of Memnon) & East Bank (Luxor & Karnak temples).
Day 6
Luxor – Cairo
Disembarkation after breakfast & transfer to Luxor Airport to travel to Cairo. Arrive to Cairo, meet, assist and transfer to the hotel to check in. The rest of the day is free at leisure & overnight at the hotel.
Day 7
Cairo departure.
Check out after breakfast and transfer to Cairo International airport for final departure

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Egypt – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Most travelers can obtain an Egypt tourist visa on arrival at immigration kiosks at any of the airport terminals. The visa cost is typically $25 and you will need to have this amount in exact change/cash. Read more here.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
