We have curated the perfect Egypt Getaway Special for Cairo, Luxor & Hurghada with all of the highlights of the country.
Please note this is a sample itinerary and your actual itinerary would be adjusted based on your selected activities, dates of travel and of course your travel style!
Day 1
Welcome to Egypt!
You will arrive at Cairo International airport and your private transportation will take you to your hotel.
Check in at your hotel starts at 2pm
Pick up for Nile Cruise Dinner and Folks dance. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 2
A WORLD WONDER FOR YOUR BUCKET LIST!
After breakfast, we start exploring ancient Egypt with a visit to the famous Pyramids.
The Great Pyramid was built by manual labor and is the only survivor of the Seven Great Wonders of the Ancient World.
Nearby see the Sphinx, a marvelous sight carved out of a natural rocky outcrop, the lion’s body stretching 45m, with its paws 15m long. You will enjoy camel ride and photoshoot with the pyramids.
We will also visit the papyrus Institute and learn how paper was made in ancient times followed by shopping in the Papyrus Museum, and Perfume factory.
Visit The Egyptian Museum is the oldest archaeological museum in the Middle East, and houses the largest collection of Pharaonic antiquities in the world.
Dinner at Pier 88.
Transfer to Hotel and overnight
Day 3
WEST BANK, LUXOR DAY TOUR VALLEY OF THE KINGS & HATCHEPSUT & LUXOR TEMPLE
Breakfast will be served before checking out.
Transfer to Cairo International Airport to board your flight to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you will visit Valley of the Kings The site for this royal burial ground was selected carefully. Its location on specifically the west side of the Nile is significant as well.
Visit The celebrated temple of Hatshepsut (c.1473–1458 BC), the queen who became Pharaoh, is located here, in Deir al-Bahari, on the west bank of Luxor.
Transfer to your hotel for check in and some time for relaxation.
In the evening you will be picked up to Visit Luxor Temple.
Evening free for Leisure.
Day 4
KARNAK TEMPLE & TRANSFER TO HURGHADA
Early morning pick up for Hot Air Balloon.
Transfer back to your hotel. Breakfast will be served before checking out.
You will be picked up to Visit Karnak temple , Karnak Temple was the most important temple in Thebes (modern Luxor), in Upper Egypt. This was where the cult of the great god Amun of Thebes was conducted. As such, it was extremely wealthy and its priesthood held great political power.
Transfer by car to Hurghada which is approximately 4hour drive.
Check into your hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 5
HURGHADA DESSERT SAFARI ATV TOUR
Breakfast in the hotel.
Morning free at your own leisure. You will be picked up in the afternoon for a desert experience provides the full package: a 4×4 ride into the rugged Eastern Desert, a quad bike and camel ride,
Transfer back to your hotel for dinner.
Optional night out at Little Buddha Hurghada
Overnight in Hurgadha.
Day 6
Hurghada

Breakfast will be served at your hotel.
Get up close to dolphins on this fantastic snorkel trip from Hurghada. Enjoy a boat cruise to areas in the open sea where dolphins can be found. Admire the colorful coral reefs, and enjoy swimming or snorkeling with dolphins.
Overnight in Hurghada.
Day 7
Check out and Departures
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel with some free time before your flight. After check out, you’ll be transferred to Hurghada Airport for your flight back home via Cairo International Airport.

- You must have a passport to travel to Egypt – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Most travelers can obtain an Egypt tourist visa on arrival at immigration kiosks at any of the airport terminals. The visa cost is typically $25 and you will need to have this amount in exact change/cash. Read more here.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
