PRICING
The payment towards your trip can be paid out bi-weekly monthly or all at once. It is important to keep up with your trip payment schedule, when you make payments towards your trip we in turn book activities, hotels and more on your behalf.
Be sure to inform us ahead of the deadlines if you anticipate making a late payment.
Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.

Need help finding the right flight to Dubai? - Email support@luxetribes.com and we will help you find the best flight, please be sure to send the state/country of departure and all details if you do.
If you are a passport holder of countries such as Australia, Canada, and the United States of America, no advance visa arrangements are required to visit the UAE. Simply disembark your flight at Dubai International Airport and proceed to Immigration, where your passport will be stamped with a 30-days visit visa-free of charge.
Summer! Don’t forget to bring your shades, sunscreen and a hat or headscarf. Loose, long-sleeved, lightweight clothing is advised!
For reference, the average maximum daytime temperature in Dubai in October is a very hot 36°C (97°F) with very high heat & humidity. The average night-time temperature is usually a warm 23°C (73°F). There are usually 10 hours of bright sunshine each day, which represents 85% of the 12 hours of daylight.
Dubai is a Muslim state hence you will need to pack moderately conservative clothing for your trip. We will provide you with a full packing list and travel guide to prepare you for your upcoming experience! When you are packing outfits for your trip, think about what’s appropriate enough for children to see you wear in a public place aside from that you will find that at your hotel and more tourist spaces there are no strict dressing restrictions

If you would prefer to have your own room there is an additional one time fee of $1600 which can be paid before August 15 2022, this fee goes directly towards covering the cost of your single room at Five Palm Jumeriah Hotel

Yes we provide customized vacations for couples, solo travelers, families and private groups. As a full service travel agency we also plan trips based on your dates and budget. Email planmytrip@luxetribes.com to request a customized itinerary and package.
We're super flexible! Simply email info@luxetribes.com at least 60 days prior to the departure date for the tour on which you are currently signed up, and we'll help you switch trips completely free of charge. Any payments you previously made will roll over to your new trip.
