Please note this is a sample itinerary and your actual itinerary would be adjusted based on your selected activities, dates of travel, and of course your travel style!
Day 1
Arrival in Bali
You will arrive at Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and private transportation will take you to your villa where you can rest and relax by the pool. Get settled before the adventurous second day.
Lunch and Dinner is not included.
Day 2
Floating Breakfast, Spa Day, and Candlelit Dinner
Wake up to a floating breakfast in your villa!
A dramatic dress fitting will be done after breakfast.
Later, head to the spa for a 60-minute Balinese massage and a 30-minute relaxing flower bath.
Spend the rest of your day relaxing or shopping in the local markets.
Later in the evening, enjoy a Candlelit dinner.
Lunch is not included.
Day 3
Ubud Day Trip
Spend the day getting to experiencing cultural Bali with a day trip around Ubud.
Today you will visit:
– Tegallalang Rice Terrace
– Bali Swing
– Ubud Monkey Forest
– Ubud temple*
– Ubud Market
You will be accompanied by your photographer for 8 hours.
Picnic lunch will be included today, and dinner is not included.
Day 4
Elephant Excursion and Free Time
After breakfast, you’ll visit the Elephant Park, where you’ll get the chance to enjoy a Jumbo Wash and animal feeding experience.
You can also choose to add optional activities on-site, such as the elephant bath, swim, or a 30-minute ride.
Day 5
Bali – Labuan Bajo Transfer
Today, you’ll be traveling to Labuan Bajo Island via Bali Airport.
We will send you your domestic flight ticket for the journey from Denpasar to Labuan Bajo.
Upon arrival, our driver will pick you up and take you to Meruorah Sanur Hotel, where you’ll stay for one night before being picked up by the boat crew the following day.
Day 6
Boat transfer (open trip with other group/people) | visit Kelor Island, Manjarite Island, and Kalong (Bats) Island
Pick-up from your hotel or the airport will be between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, followed by a transfer to the harbor.
Your first stop is Kelor Island, where you’ll enjoy a short trek up the hill — it only takes about 5 minutes to reach the top and take in the stunning panoramic views of the island. OR, you choose to snorkel near the beach or simply relax on the white sandy shore.
Next, you’ll visit Manjarite Island, located near Kelor. This is your first snorkeling spot, where you’ll be greeted by lots of colorful tropical fish.
In the evening, the boat will sail near the mangrove forest, and as the sun sets, you’ll witness thousands of flying foxes (fruit bats) soaring over the boat at Kalong Island — a truly magical sight. 🌅🦇
Day 7
Visit Padar Island, Pink Beach, Komodo Dragon National Park, Manta Point, and Taka Makassar Island
Early in the morning, the boat will depart for Padar Island.
You’ll climb a set of stairs leading to the viewpoint (duration: 15-25 minutes), where you can enjoy the breathtaking sight of Padar’s famous three-colored beaches.
Next, you’ll visit the Pink Beach (also known as Pantai Panjang), where the soft pink sand and crystal-clear water invite you to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy a bit of snorkeling among colorful fish and coral reefs.
Your journey continues to Komodo Island, the natural habitat of the Komodo dragons. Here, you’ll take a short trek through the forest to see these incredible creatures and possibly spot other wildlife such as buffalo, deer, and wild boar.
At Manta Point, you’ll have the chance to see manta rays, known for being gentle and graceful. They often swim against the current to feed and sometimes glide near the surface or rest along the seabed.
There’s no beach or island here — you’ll jump straight from the boat to snorkel when we spot them!
Not far from Manta Point is Taka Makassar (also known as Gusung Island), a tiny sandbar with dazzling white sand. Due to the strong currents, snorkeling here is only recommended for confident swimmers, but it offers some of the most stunning coral formations in the area.
Our guide will accompany you to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Day 8
Visit Kanawa Island and Check Out from the Boat | Labuan Bajo – Bali Transfer
Kanawa Island is a stunning resort island, home to many colorful fish around the beach and jetty.
After snorkeling, take some time to relax on the beach — it’s the perfect way to wrap up your island adventure.
We’ll arrive back in Labuan Bajo between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM (local time), where our driver will meet you at the harbor and take you to the airport.
From there, you’ll fly back to Bali and check in for two more nights before returning home.
Day 9
Free Time with Transportation Chef Dinner at the Villa
Enjoy your last day in Bali by choosing your own excursion or activity.
Our driver will be happy to assist if you’d like to go out exploring, or you can simply relax at the villa and unwind.
In the evening, the chef will come to your villa to prepare a special dinner for you before check-out tomorrow.
Please note that lunch is not included today.
Day 10
Check out and See You Soon Again!
Snap some last pictures of your beautiful vacation in Bali. Say your goodbyes, check out, and await your private transfer back to the airport to take you back home.

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Bali – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- You must have a passport to travel to Indonesia – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Bali’s rainy season runs from November to Early May
- Dates to avoid: March 9th – 12th for Galungan and Neypi Day (Silence day) Please note that on this day the airport is closed, hotels and Villas are not allowed to do any check ins or check outs. The locals will be silent this day and are not allowed to work. All travel is also restricted from 6am on this day to 6am the following morning. You will also not be able to leave your villa.
- 160 nationalities, including the US, Canada and UK, will need a Visa on Arrival (VOA) to enter Bali that is valid for 30 days at the cost of USD 34 per person. This visa can be obtained upon arrival at Denpasar Airport.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
