The payment towards your Peru trip can be paid out monthly or in full. Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments by March 1st.

Step 2. Pay deposit
Once you are ready to book that dream vacay go ahead and pay your deposit! Please note spots are open on a rolling basis until the trip is sold out. We highly suggest securing your spot on the trip by paying your deposit promptly. All payments must be made via our website only.
3. Get your trip details
Once we receive your deposit, you will have access to all of your trip details and to our group chat – leading up to departure and will have a chance to get to know the people you will be traveling with a bit more and we will keep you updated with important notifications, updates and more

Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than 90% of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Your flight should arrive and depart from Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport (IATA: CUZ, ICAO: SPZO) where you will be welcomed by one of our representatives holding a signboard written "Luxe Tribes".
Check-in is at 2 p.m. on the first day of your trip, if you are arriving later on in the day, that is completely fine. Check-out is at 11 a.m. on the last day of the trip, you’ll be able to keep your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later in the day on the day of check out, but everyone must check out by 11am..
We will be staying in Hilton Garden Inn Cusco and each guest will be sharing a room - this means you will be paired with another solo traveler or a friend of your choice.
