We have curated the perfect Italian getaway with all of the highlights of 2 major cities.
Please note this is a sample itinerary and your actual itinerary would be adjusted based on your selected activities, dates of travel and of course your travel style!
Day 1
Welcome to ROME!
You will arrive at Fiumicino International airport and private transportation will take you to your luxury hotel where you can rest.
In the late evening you will enjoy a food tour of Rome by vintage car, discovering the most beautiful squares in the world, churches, monuments and hills. You will taste Italian food and drinks while enjoy sightseeing in the city.
Day 2
Discover Rome.
In the morning discover the Roman Architectural Revolution, also known as the Concrete Revolution.
Our guide will make you live a memorable experience, filled with sightseeing, visiting local popular hangout places and trying the local food & drinks.
In the afternoon a private transfer will take you to the central train station: Venice is waiting for you!,
Once you arrive at your destination, a private boat transfer will take you to your hotel to rest and relax.
Day 3
Welcome to Venice
In the morning you will be delighted by a full-day itinerary that ticks off all the most memorable attractions then hop aboard a traditional gondola for a romantic cruise along the Grand Canal.
In the afternoon a private boat transfer will take you to the station to ahead back to Rome.
Once you arrive at the central station, a private transfer will take you to your hotel to relax and rest.
Day 4
Goodbye Italy
After breakfast, a private transfer will take you to the Fiumicino international airport of Rome for your flight back home.

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Italy – Your passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Rates published are not applicable for travel dates during Christmas and New Year’s Eve Period. For travel dates for this period, please reach out to federica@luxetribes.com for rates
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
