The payment towards your trip can be paid out bi-weekly monthly or all at once. It is important to keep up with your trip payment schedule, when you make payments towards your trip we in turn book activities, hotels, and more on your behalf.
Be sure to inform us ahead of the deadlines if you anticipate making a late payment.
Sign-ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.

Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than half of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Your flight should arrive and depart from Hewanorra International Airport (IATA: UVF, ICAO: TLPL) where you will be welcomed by one of our representatives holding a signboard written "Luxe Tribes".
We will be staying in a hotel accommodation in Gros Islet.
Check-in is at 3 p.m. on the first day of your trip, if you are arriving later on in the day, that is completely fine we have a welcome dinner on the first night, so do your best to be in before 6 p.m. However, if you are unable to arrive early, you can take the first day to unwind and recuperate before day 2 of the trip. Check-out is at 11 a.m. on the last day of the trip, you’ll be able to keep your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later in the day on the day of check out, but everyone must check out by 11 am.

Single occupancy rate varies depending on the destination, you are able to confirm the rate on your trip dashboard.
You have 2 afternoons/evenings of free time in the itinerary that you can use to relax, go out to explore, or go shopping.
If you are a US passport holder, you do not need a visa to travel to Saint Lucia. You can check the visa requirements to Saint Lucia from any country on https://www.visahq.com/ .
At the moment, there are no mandatory vaccinations required to enter Jamaica. However, we encourage travellers to speak to their local travel clinic so that they can advise further. Please note that entry requirements may change at any time without prior notice from the local government.
Final itineraries are usually shared with travelers by the travel planner 1 month prior to the starting date of the trip. However, you can check in the inclusions section of the trip what activities are included for you to have a better reference of your trip.
