The payment towards your trip can be paid out bi-weekly monthly or all at once. It is important to keep up with your trip payment schedule, when you make payments towards your trip we in turn book activities, hotels and more on your behalf.
Be sure to inform us ahead of the deadlines if you anticipate making a late payment.
Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.

Your international flight will arrive in Mahe at Seychelles International Airport and it takes approximately 30-35 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport.
Seychelles is a visa-free country which means that there are no visa requirements for any persons wishing to travel. Although a visa is not required to enter Seychelles, visitors should nevertheless have in their possession a valid passport or other travel documents recognized by the government of Seychelles in order to gain entry. The passport must be valid for the period of the intended stay until arrival back in the holder’s country of origin or residence.
Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than half of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
July, October and November are some of the best months to visit Seychelles! The Seychelles’ tropical climate makes it a year-round destination for beach lovers. The temperature rarely drops below 24°C / 75.2°F or rises above 32°C / 89.6°F. The Seychelles does not have any conventional seasons; however, the weather does vary depending on the predominant trade winds.
Because the accommodation and activities are paid for once you confirm your spot, all deposits and payments are non-refundable but you can transfer your payments to another trip of your choice up until 2 months before the trip.
The Seychelles is politically stable and safe for tourists to visit. The Seychelles has one of the lowest crime rates in Africa, and violent crimes are extremely rare. Seychelles is considered safe for all tourists, including families and solo travelers.
The payment towards your trip can be paid out monthly according to the set schedule or you can pay in full. You can also choose to pay for multiple months at once.
We have lots of travelers who prefer to pay at different times or in different amounts and we have a flexible payment system. The most important thing is that we see some sort of consistency with making payments towards your trip to ensure you still plan on attending.
The check-in time into hotels is usually in the afternoon (2.00 p.m.). Our suggestion would be to look for arrival time in the afternoon and to coordinate flights with other travelers in the group chat. If you arrive early, you will have more time to settle into your hotel and explore the surrounding areas while getting adjusted to your new surroundings!
For every group trip, we usually have a welcome dinner that starts in the evening between 6.00 p.m. – 7.00 p.m. – this is where our official introduction begins!
