PRICING
The payment towards your trip can be paid out bi-weekly monthly or all at once. It is important to keep up with your trip payment schedule, when you make payments towards your trip we in turn book activities, hotels and more on your behalf.
Be sure to inform us ahead of the deadlines if you anticipate making a late payment.
Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.

For extra drinks, snacks, souvenirs and lunch/dinners that are not included. We suggest that you bring about $500 spending money for the week to cover extra meals, emergencies and more.
There is only one major airport in Bali which everyone flies into which Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). This is where you will be picked up and driven to the villa.
You will be staying in a luxury private villa in Ubud Bali. Your villa will come fully equipped with everything you need for the week from staff, security, daily cleaning, a full service kitchen and more.

Our welcome dinner usually starts in the evening at around 6.00pm and check out is at 12:00pm on the last day.
Either or! The great thing about These travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than half of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
You have afternoons/evenings of free time in the itinerary that you can use to relax, go out to explore, or go shopping. However, all activities in the itinerary are optional so you are welcome to skip something in favor of some extra downtime!
