We have curated this experience for travelers looking for the perfect mixture of self care, wellness and relaxation. Spend your week exploring Bali, all you have to do is book that flight and everything else is handled from the moment you land. With a wide network and local team based here in Bali , no detail is overlooked in preparation for your stay.
Please note this is a sample itinerary and your actual itinerary would be adjusted based on your selected activities, dates of travel and of course your travel style!
Day 1
Welcome to Bali
You will arrive at Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and private transportation will take you to your villa where you can rest and relax by the pool. Get settled before the adventurous second day.
Day 2
Floating breakfast, Spa, and Welcome candlelit dinner
Wake up to a floating breakfast at your villa!
After breakfast head to the spa for a 60-minute Balinese massage and 30-minute flower bath.
Spend the rest of your day relaxing or shopping in the nearby markets.
Candlelight Dinner is tonight.
Lunch is not included.
Day 3
Wellness Day 1
Enjoy your first wellness day where you will visit the Yoga Barn. A food voucher, juice card, and a class pass is included.
Day 4
Wellness Day 2 and Bamboo Massage
Today you will join the yoga or meditation class based on your choice of time (class is open between 7 AM until 8 PM every day).
Please ensure to arrive 30 minutes before class starts.
Later, enjoy a 75 Minutes Bamboo Massage session. This is a deeper tissue massage using bamboo rods which releases toxins and muscle tensions, encourages drainage and improves blood circulation.
Juice and lunch are included. Dinner is not included.
Day 5
Ubud Day Trip
Spend the day getting to know cultural Bali with a day trip around Ubud.
Today you will visit:
– Tegallalang Rice Terrace
– Bali Swing
– Ubud Monkey Forest
– Ubud temples
– Ubud Market
You will be accompanied by your photographer for 8 hours.
Picnic lunch overlooking the rice fields is included.
Dinner is not included.
Day 6
Wellness Day 3 with foot acupressure massage and balinese healer with melukat (water cleansing)
This morning you will get to enjoy a yoga or meditation class.
After, enjoy a Foot Acupressure massage session for 45 minutes.
Foot acupressure massage increases circulation of blood, lymph and vital fluids throughout the whole system and is recommended as part of insomnia and eye strain therapy.
Later in the afternoon our driver will take you to the Balinese healer session where you will get to consult the healer on your health, career, love, etc. followed by Melukat (Balinese water cleansing ritual for cleaning and purifying your mind, body, and soul) to close your wellness journey in Bali.
Juice and lunch are included. Dinner is not included.
Day 7
Check out and Good Bye
Snap some last pictures of your beautiful vacation in Bali. Say your goodbyes & await your private transfer back to the airport to take you home.

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the villa that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Indonesia – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Bali’s rainy season runs from November to Early May
- Dates to avoid: March 28th – 30th for Galungan and Neypi Day (Silence day) Please note that on this day the airport is closed, hotels and Villas are not allowed to do any check ins or check outs. The locals will be silent this day and are not allowed to work. All travel is also restricted from 6am on this day to 6am the following morning. You will also not be able to leave your villa.
- 160 nationalities, including the US, Canada and UK, will need a Visa on Arrival (VOA) to enter Bali that is valid for 30 days at the cost of USD 34 per person.
This visa can be obtained upon arrival at Denpasar Airport. - When selecting flights be sure to allow for 1-2 days before your scheduled arrival date as most flights to Bali take anywhere from 15+ hours if you are traveling from the U.S and other similar territories
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
