The payment towards your trip can be paid out bi-weekly monthly or all at once. It is important to keep up with your trip payment schedule, when you make payments towards your trip we in turn book activities, hotels and more on your behalf.
Be sure to inform us ahead of the deadlines if you anticipate making a late payment.
Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.
Prices are based on double occupancy – this means you will be paired with another solo traveler or a friend of your choice. You can also opt in for a single room.

I traveled with Luxe Tribes at the beginning of October to Peru. It was THE BEST TRIP OF MY LIFE, and I’m well traveled. From the moment you book the staff is attentive to whatever you need from them. The moment we arrived to departure was throughly planned (transfers waiting on you with signage + welcome gifts)… honestly I could go on for days. I had an amazing trip to Costa Rica with 14 other women that fed my soul in ways they will never understand. This trip was everything I needed it to be! I got to do all the adrenaline junkie things that gave me life while looking cute and taking fabulous pictures at the same time. The trip really was a curated experience that I never would have been able to plan for myself. I will definitely be taking a trip with them again.
I would recommend the entire experience. I traveled to Cartagena Colombia with Luxe Tribes and to was definitely a euphoric feeling to be around so many successful black women, with amazing energy. I couldn’t have celebrated my 32 birthday in any other way than going to Ubud under Luxe Tribes. I literally had no worries and did not have to do anything except show up. The accommodations and the experiences were amazing. My driver Eda was spectacular and so knowledgeable and nice. I loved all the adventures I went on. My biggest regret was not staying longer than a week. I didn’t have enough time so that means….another trip to Bali. I cannot wait til my next trip.

Your international flight will arrive in Mahe at Seychelles International Airport and it takes approximately 30-35 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport.
Seychelles is a visa-free country which means that there are no visa requirements for any persons wishing to travel. Although a visa is not required to enter Seychelles, visitors should nevertheless have in their possession a valid passport or other travel documents recognized by the government of Seychelles in order to gain entry. The passport must be valid for the period of the intended stay until arrival back in the holder’s country of origin or residence.
Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than half of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
July, October and November are some of the best months to visit Seychelles! The Seychelles’ tropical climate makes it a year-round destination for beach lovers. The temperature rarely drops below 24°C / 75.2°F or rises above 32°C / 89.6°F. The Seychelles does not have any conventional seasons; however, the weather does vary depending on the predominant trade winds.
Because the accommodation and activities are paid for once you confirm your spot, all deposits and payments are non-refundable but you can transfer your payments to another trip of your choice up until 2 months before the trip.
The payment towards your trip can be paid out monthly according to the set schedule or you can pay in full. You can also choose to pay for multiple months at once.
We have lots of travelers who prefer to pay at different times or in different amounts and we have a flexible payment system. The most important thing is that we see some sort of consistency with making payments towards your trip to ensure you still plan on attending.
The check-in time into hotels is usually in the afternoon (2.00 p.m.). Our suggestion would be to look for arrival time in the afternoon and to coordinate flights with other travelers in the group chat. If you arrive early, you will have more time to settle into your hotel and explore the surrounding areas while getting adjusted to your new surroundings!
For every group trip, we usually have a welcome dinner that starts in the evening between 6.00 p.m. – 7.00 p.m. – this is where our official introduction begins!
