Are men allowed on group trips?

Our trips are for women only unless specified otherwise - In 2022 here are the trips that are for both men and women: Thailand, Kenya, Iceland, Brazil, Bali Baecation and Ghana

What does double occupancy mean?

All prices listed for our group trips are per person, double occupancy means you will be paired with another solo traveler of your choice or with a friend. Single occupancy means that you have your own room - typically there is an additional cost for a private room which varies based on the trip.

What's included on the Trips?

Inclusions vary from trip to trip and depend on the country but each experience is designed to ensure everything is handled from the moment you land till you head back home. This means that we handle your accommodations we only book luxury hotels, airport transfers, activities and more to ensure you have a stress free experience.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes! We can accommodate all diets, allergies and dietary restrictions, just make sure to let us know. Prior to your arrival we will send out an inquiry form to gather all the necessary information to prepare for your trip.

What is your Cancellation Policy for trips not affected by covid-19?

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION You can cancel or amend your trip up to 60 days prior to trip departure. Any differences in trip costs between your original and new booking will still be applicable. You can cancel your trip up to 60 days before departure and get your money back as a credit towards a future trip. Your flexible deposit will remain attached to your profile and can be used to book a new trip whenever you're ready. If your trip is running as planned with no travel restrictions affecting you from attending the trip If you wish to cancel then the following cancellation penalties apply: Payments made after your deposit: Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.

What is the average group size?

Our group trips typically range anywhere from 12-24 guests, depending on the style of trip and the country!

Explore Nairobi which is East Africa’s most cosmopolitan city. Besides that, enjoy the wondrous safari savannah, beautiful sunsets, the luxurious retreat at Africa’s 5 star Safari Lodges, and feed endangered Rothschild’s giraffes and so much more. To add icing on the cake, we chose to visit Kenya in July for the Great Migration. Two million wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes migrate from Serengeti National Park to Kenya’s Masai Mara National Reserve, and it’s one of the most breathtaking sights we might get to see.

Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.

What airport should I arrive in?

Your flight should arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (IATA: NBO, ICAO: HKJK), which is an international airport in Nairobi, the capital of and largest city in Kenya. This is where you will be welcomed by one of our representatives holding a signboard of your name and/or “Luxe Tribes”.

What visas are required?

All guests are required to apply for Kenya visa prior to arriving in Kenya. Visa application is done online via eVisa. Single Entry Visa is the category for Tourists. Additional detailed and up-to-date information is found on the website.Citizens of the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and Canada require a tourist visa to visit Kenya. In addition, your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your intended date of departure.
