Are men allowed on group trips?

Our trips are for women only unless specified otherwise - In 2022 here are the trips that are for both men and women: Thailand, Kenya, Iceland, Brazil, Bali Baecation and Ghana

What does double occupancy mean?

All prices listed for our group trips are per person, double occupancy means you will be paired with another solo traveler of your choice or with a friend. Single occupancy means that you have your own room - typically there is an additional cost for a private room which varies based on the trip.

What's included on the Trips?

Inclusions vary from trip to trip and depend on the country but each experience is designed to ensure everything is handled from the moment you land till you head back home. This means that we handle your accommodations we only book luxury hotels, airport transfers, activities and more to ensure you have a stress free experience.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes! We can accommodate all diets, allergies and dietary restrictions, just make sure to let us know. Prior to your arrival we will send out an inquiry form to gather all the necessary information to prepare for your trip.

What is your Cancellation Policy for trips not affected by covid-19?

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION You can cancel or amend your trip up to 60 days prior to trip departure. Any differences in trip costs between your original and new booking will still be applicable. You can cancel your trip up to 60 days before departure and get your money back as a credit towards a future trip. Your flexible deposit will remain attached to your profile and can be used to book a new trip whenever you're ready. If your trip is running as planned with no travel restrictions affecting you from attending the trip If you wish to cancel then the following cancellation penalties apply: Payments made after your deposit: Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.

Our group trips typically range anywhere from 12-24 guests, depending on the style of trip and the country!

How do I choose my dates of travel?

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.

What airport do I fly into?

Your international flight should arrive in Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport(IATA: DPS, ICAO: WADD). For assistance finding flights please email support@chidiashleytravels.com

Are flights included?

Flights are not included however we do provide assistance with finding the right flights for your dates. Please email support@chidiashleytravels.com with your preferred dates and state of departure and we will send over some options.

How do I make changes to my trip?

Email your Bali trip expert – Samantha@chidiashleytravels.com and you can change any aspect of your upcoming vacation! The itinerary is fully customizable to work for you.

What accommodation is included in my stay?

We will provide you with a list of luxury villa options for you to choose from once you provide us with your confirmed travel dates and your confirmed guest list. You get to choose where you want to stay and we will always provide as many options as needed until you are absolutely satisfied with your accommodation.

We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the villa that best suits your taste.

You must have a passport to travel to Indonesia – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page

Bali’s rainy season runs from November to Early March 2022

Dates to avoid: March 3rd 2022 (Thursday) Nyepi Please note that on this day the airport is closed, hotels and Villas are not allowed to do any check ins or check outs. The locals will be silent this day and are not allowed to work. All travel is also restricted from 6am on this day to 6am the following morning. There will be staff on location but this will be in limited numbers. You will also not be able to leave your villa.

160 nationalities, including the US, Canada and UK, do not need a visa for entry into Bali, a free 30 day tourist visa is granted on arrival at immigration.

When selecting flights be sure to allow for 1-2 days before your scheduled arrival date as most flights to Bali take anywhere from 15+ hours if you are traveling from the U.S and other similar territories

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

Cancellation policy

All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.

If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.

Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
