D.Antione: Born in Germany with wanderlust in my blood, I’ve traveled over a dozen countries — from the canals of Amsterdam to the shores of St. Kitts — with Jamaica forever holding a piece of my heart after nine visits.
Ashley: Bay Area grown with 12 countries under my belt and a storyteller’s eye that sees every destination as a scene worth capturing and a journey worth living.

The payment towards your Greece trip can be paid out across March – August or in full. Sign ups will stay open until two months prior to the departure date.

Ensure the trip price works for you. If you have any questions please schedule a call with our team. You can always make adjustments to your package once your deposit is paid and we can add on extra items to your trip. Once you are ready to book that dream vacay go ahead and pay your deposit!

Once you are ready to book that dream vacay go ahead and pay your deposit! Please note spots are open on a rolling basis until the trip is sold out. We highly suggest securing your spot on the trip by paying your deposit promptly. All payments must be made via our website only.
3. Get your trip details
Once we receive your deposit, you will have access to all of your trip details and to our group chat – leading up to departure and will have a chance to get to know the people you will be traveling with a bit more and we will keep you updated with important notifications, updates and more

Yes! We are bringing like minded people together in Greece for an incredible trip. We do plan private experiences for men and couples based on your own dates and budget. Reach out to our private experiences team for a sample itinerary and package, at planmytrip@luxetribes.com.
Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than 90% of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Your flight should arrive and depart from Chania International Airport Ioannis Daskalogiannis (CHQ), where you will be welcomed by one of our representatives holding a signboard written "Luxe Tribes".
Check-in is at 2 p.m. on the first day of your trip, if you are arriving later on in the day, that is completely fine. Check-out is at 11 a.m. on the last day of the trip, you’ll be able to keep your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later in the day on the day of check out, but everyone must check out by 11am.
We will be staying in Hilton Garden Inn Chania City or similar property. The accommodation is double occupancy this means you will be paired with another solo traveler or a friend of your choice. Single occupancy is optional at $1100 extra.
