We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.

Your flight should arrive and depart from Abeid Amani Karume International Airport ; IATA: ZNZ; ICAO: HTZA. Your driver will message you via WhatsApp before you land to confirm their arrival. They will be waiting in the arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage from the designated baggage claim belt.

Check-in is at 2 p.m. on the first day of your trip, if you are arriving later on in the day, that is completely fine we have a welcome dinner on the first night, so do your best to be in before 6 p.m. However, if you are unable to arrive early, you can take the first day to unwind and recuperate before day 2 of the trip. Check-out is at 12 p.m. on the last day of the trip, you’ll be able to keep your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later in the day on the day of check out, but everyone must check out by noon.

If you are a United States citizen, a visa is required. Travellers need a visa to visit Tanzania for Business or Tourism. Travellers can get a visa on arrival in Tanzania at the port of entry, such as an international airport or border crossing. In addition, your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your intended date of departure. It is your responsibility to check the visa requirements for your country of origin/nationality and to obtain the correct visa for your trip. Please note that entry requirements may change at any time without prior notice from the local government.
