PRICING
The payment towards your trip can be paid out bi-weekly monthly or all at once. It is important to keep up with your trip payment schedule, when you make payments towards your trip we in turn book activities, hotels, and more on your behalf.
Be sure to inform us ahead of the deadlines if you anticipate making a late payment.
Sign-ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.

Our trips are perfect for solo travelers looking to make new friends in an exciting and welcoming environment. 90% of our guests come solo, and they leave with lifelong friendships! If you're nervous about traveling alone, don't be—we create the ultimate experience for solo adventurers to connect, bond, and have an unforgettable time. Of course, if you want to bring a bestie or two, they're more than welcome!
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Your flight should arrive and depart from Abeid Amani Karume International Airport ; IATA: ZNZ; ICAO: HTZA. Your driver will message you via WhatsApp before you land to confirm their arrival. They will be waiting in the arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage from the designated baggage claim belt.
Check-in is at 2 p.m. on the first day of your trip, if you are arriving later on in the day, that is completely fine we have a welcome dinner on the first night, so do your best to be in before 6 p.m. However, if you are unable to arrive early, you can take the first day to unwind and recuperate before day 2 of the trip. Check-out is at 12 p.m. on the last day of the trip, you’ll be able to keep your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later in the day on the day of check out, but everyone must check out by noon.

If you are a United States citizen, a visa is required to visit Tanzania for tourism or business purposes. Travelers have two options: • Apply online in advance through the Tanzania eVisa portal • Obtain a Visa on Arrival at the airport or border entry point in Tanzania The standard single-entry tourist visa for U.S. citizens is typically $100 USD. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates and has sufficient blank pages for entry stamps. Visa and entry requirements can change at any time, so it is the traveler’s responsibility to confirm the latest requirements based on their nationality and obtain the correct visa before travel.
