It is a commitment to bring these experiences to our guests as we plan months in advance for your arrival. When you make payments towards your trip we in turn make payments to our vendors for your accommodations, activities, and more hence why we are unable to provide refunds due to cancellation especially when given late notice. We do, however, do our best to provide alternative solutions such as trip transfers when we are given early notice of cancellation.
All deposits are non-refundable and all payments made towards the balance of your trip are non-refundable 7 days after the payment is made.
Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our guests and for those circumstances, situations, and occasions we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your assets.
If a trip is officially canceled by our team for any reason please be rest assured that we will provide guests with flexible refund options and trip transfers.
