Confirm your spot in the trip of your choice by paying your deposit. We provide flexible payment plans and we will also provide you with everything you need leading up to the trip, from packing lists to travel guides and more.

3. Connect

Join our trip group chat and connect with the other travelers who will be joining you on this incredible adventure! You can coordinate flights and we will have a virtual meet-up prior to the trip to calm the nerves and go over all last bits of info.

4. Travel!

Our team will be ready to welcome you upon arrival! Get ready for a truly unforgettable travel experience, our team is responsible for handling all logistics and planning so all you have to do is book that flight.

What are group trips?
Our group trips are all about meeting new people and connecting with other like-minded travelers. You can bring a friend or attend solo! For our group trips, we have specific travel dates and set itineraries.
What's included in the trips?
In our trips, we handle your accommodations on luxury hotels, airport transfers, activities, selected meals, and more to ensure you have a stress-free experience. Inclusions vary from trip to trip and depend on the country. However, each experience is designed to ensure everything is handled from the moment you land till you head back home
What is the average group size?
Our group trips typically range anywhere from 12 to 24 guests, depending on the style of the trip and the country.
What is the average age?
We welcome travelers of all ages 21+ to join us on our group trips, and we have had women in their early twenties to late forties. Age ain’t nothing but a number! For our private experiences, we curate trips for families with children of all ages.
Can I come alone or do I have to come with someone?
Come solo or bring a friend - it's completely up to you! Our group trips are specifically designed to connect travelers so that you no longer have to wait on friends to travel. We typically find that at least 80% of the group attends solo.
Are men allowed on group trips?
While most of our group trips cater to women, we're excited to offer several co-ed adventures as well. Men can also explore destinations like Thailand, Kenya, Iceland, Brazil, Peru, Aruba, Jamaica, Ghana, and so much more with us!
Are flights included on group trips?
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
What does double occupancy mean?
Double occupancy means you will be paired with another solo traveler of your choice or with a friend. Single occupancy means that you have your own room - there is an additional cost for a private room, which varies based on the trip. Please note that all prices listed for our group trips are per person, even though you are sharing a room with another traveler.
Can I add any additional accommodation and activities beyond the group trip itinerary?
Yes, definitely! We can assist by arranging additional services for you, beyond the group trip itinerary at an additional charge.
What if I want to change my selected trip?
We're super flexible! Simply email info@luxetribes.com at least 60 days prior to the departure date of the trip for which you are currently signed up, and we'll help you switch trips completely free of charge. Any payments you previously made will roll over to your new trip.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please refer to our cancellation terms & conditions on your trip dashboard.
Do you handle or assist with visas or any entry requirements?
Before embarking on your journey, it's your responsibility to ensure you have all the necessary travel and health documents. Luxe Tribes does not cover the costs associated with obtaining these documents or meeting health requirements. If you're refused entry into a country or transportation due to lack of documentation or government policies, Luxe Tribes won't be responsible for reimbursement. We do not offer refunds for transportation delays or cancellations. Travelers must comply with local regulations and their health and safety guidelines. Each destination has its own vaccination and testing requirements, so check government websites for details. Additionally, we recommend travelers to verify testing and health screening requirements for transportation and transit countries.
What if I can't make a scheduled payment?
We understand some months can be more challenging than others. If you are going to be late on any payment, email us at info@luxetribes.com and let us know! All payments must be completed by the final payment deadline and you cannot miss two consecutive payments to ensure your spot on the trip.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
We’ll always do our best to accommodate diets, allergies, and dietary restrictions, just make sure to let us know. Prior to your arrival, we will send out an inquiry form to gather all the necessary information to prepare for your trip.
