Are men allowed on group trips?

Our trips are for women only unless specified otherwise - In 2022 here are the trips that are for both men and women: Thailand, Kenya, Iceland, Brazil, Bali Baecation and Ghana

What does double occupancy mean?

All prices listed for our group trips are per person, double occupancy means you will be paired with another solo traveler of your choice or with a friend. Single occupancy means that you have your own room - typically there is an additional cost for a private room which varies based on the trip.

What's included on the Trips?

Inclusions vary from trip to trip and depend on the country but each experience is designed to ensure everything is handled from the moment you land till you head back home. This means that we handle your accommodations we only book luxury hotels, airport transfers, activities and more to ensure you have a stress free experience.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes! We can accommodate all diets, allergies and dietary restrictions, just make sure to let us know. Prior to your arrival we will send out an inquiry form to gather all the necessary information to prepare for your trip.

What is your Cancellation Policy for trips not affected by covid-19?

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION You can cancel or amend your trip up to 60 days prior to trip departure. Any differences in trip costs between your original and new booking will still be applicable. You can cancel your trip up to 60 days before departure and get your money back as a credit towards a future trip. Your flexible deposit will remain attached to your profile and can be used to book a new trip whenever you're ready. If your trip is running as planned with no travel restrictions affecting you from attending the trip If you wish to cancel then the following cancellation penalties apply: Payments made after your deposit: Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.

Our group trips typically range anywhere from 12-24 guests, depending on the style of trip and the country!

When should I aim to arrive and depart?

We’d like to encourage that you aim to arrive on Day 1 between 12 p.m.- 1 p.m., if possible. The check-in time into your hotel or villa is usually in the afternoon (2.00 p.m.). Our suggestion would be to look for an arrival time in the afternoon. If you arrive early (near to or after the check-in time), you will have more time to settle into your hotel or villa and explore the surrounding areas while getting adjusted to the place! We will arrange airport transfers based on the flight details you provide us so if you arrive later than expected no worries we still have you covered.

You can leave anytime on the last day, although hotel check out will usually be around 12 p.m.
