While you must apply for any applicable visas on your own, we will provide you with information regarding visas as well as connect you to the best visa agents who will make the process stress-free. Depending on what destination you are visiting and what your nationality is, you may require a visa. Our team will check this and reach out to you once your trip is booked to ensure you have the support you need.

Once you are ready to get started be sure to pay your deposit, this will confirm your spot on any of our epic month long getaways! Once your deposit is paid we will invite you to the group chat and our team will work with you one on one to ensure you are well prepared for your upcoming trip.

We handle all aspects of the planning and trip management process except for booking flights, however, our team does provide assistance with finding the right flight for your trip.

Once your trip is confirmed you will gain access to our travel portal! Here you can track your payments schedule & invoices, make flexible payments towards your trip, receive messages from our team and keep track of your itinerary and travel resources in one place.

The best part of our remote trips is you have complete flexibility to decide how you want to live and travel. Your schedule will be designed based on your work hours! 

You’ll find our travel tribe working in different time zones and during your free time you have the option to join a variety of organized experiences, social outings, nightlife and cultural activities.

Our pricing is based on single occupancy, this means you will have your own room in a shared luxury villa.

If you are traveling as a couple or with a friend and you would like to opt for sharing a room we do provide discounts on your accommodation price.

Yes, we prioritize secure connections when selecting villas, so you can rest assured that the WIFI is secure.

Details regarding the co-working space will be shared 2 months prior to the trip date. The space will be selected based on travelers requirements and preferences.

Daily villa cleaning services will be available throughout your stay.

You’ll have access to both, a local host, and our virtual team that will do weekly check-in’s with you.

We’ll arrange airport transfers based on your flight’s schedule. Please take into consideration that Checkout is at 12:00.

We have the following calls planned with the trip travelers: Pre-Departure Call: 3 Months Prior, Final Departure Call: 1 Month Prior. In addition to these calls, feel free to reach out to us at any time. We’re here to assist you.

Daily breakfast, 1 welcome dinner, 1 farewell dinner are included in the trip package. The chef is available to cook for you, however ingredients would need to be purchased from the traveller wanting the meal service.
