Are men allowed on group trips?

Our trips are for women only unless specified otherwise - In 2022 here are the trips that are for both men and women: Thailand, Kenya, Iceland, Brazil, Bali Baecation and Ghana

What does double occupancy mean?

All prices listed for our group trips are per person, double occupancy means you will be paired with another solo traveler of your choice or with a friend. Single occupancy means that you have your own room - typically there is an additional cost for a private room which varies based on the trip.

What's included on the Trips?

Inclusions vary from trip to trip and depend on the country but each experience is designed to ensure everything is handled from the moment you land till you head back home. This means that we handle your accommodations we only book luxury hotels, airport transfers, activities and more to ensure you have a stress free experience.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes! We can accommodate all diets, allergies and dietary restrictions, just make sure to let us know. Prior to your arrival we will send out an inquiry form to gather all the necessary information to prepare for your trip.

What is your Cancellation Policy for trips not affected by covid-19?

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION You can cancel or amend your trip up to 60 days prior to trip departure. Any differences in trip costs between your original and new booking will still be applicable. You can cancel your trip up to 60 days before departure and get your money back as a credit towards a future trip. Your flexible deposit will remain attached to your profile and can be used to book a new trip whenever you're ready. If your trip is running as planned with no travel restrictions affecting you from attending the trip If you wish to cancel then the following cancellation penalties apply: Payments made after your deposit: Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.

What is the average group size?

Our group trips typically range anywhere from 12-24 guests, depending on the style of trip and the country!

PRICING

The payment towards your Thailand trip can be paid out monthly or in full. We provide flexible payment plans for all travelers, all payments must be completed no later than one month before your scheduled arrival date.

Prices are based on double occupancy – Which means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you require a single room the extra fee for solo occupancy is $600 per person. If you are traveling solo this package costs $3500.

How do I choose my dates of travel?

Generally, most nationalities can enter Thailand without obtaining a visa. However, a visa may be required to travel to Thailand depending on what your nationality is. It is your responsibility to check the visa requirements based on your country of origin/nationality and to obtain the correct visa for your trip.

Are flights included?

International flights to Thailand are not included in the price, it is your responsibility to purchase your own flight for the trip.

How do I choose my dates of travel?

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.

What the price of the single occupancy?

What accommodation is included in my stay?

We will provide you with a list of luxury villa options for you to choose from once you provide us with your confirmed travel dates and your confirmed guest list. You get to choose where you want to stay and we will always provide as many options as needed until you are absolutely satisfied with your accommodation.

You must be fully vaccinated to visit Thailand

You must have a passport to travel to Thailand – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page

Thailand’s rainy season runs from June to October

When selecting flights be sure to allow for 1-2 days before your scheduled arrival date as most flights to Thailand take anywhere from 15+ hours if you are traveling from the U.S and other similar territories.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

Cancellation policy

All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.

If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
