Day 1
Welcome to Rio
Upon arrival in Rio de Janeiro, you will be met by your driver and transferred comfortably by private vehicle to your hotel in Copacabana. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure—settle in, unwind by the beach, or explore the vibrant surroundings of your hotel at your own pace.
Day 2
Christ The Reedemer & Sugar Loaf Tour
Today, explore Rio de Janeiro’s most iconic landmarks on a shared guided tour. Visit the legendary Christ the Redeemer, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, and take in sweeping panoramic views over the city. Continue to Sugarloaf Mountain, where a scenic cable car ride reveals breathtaking vistas of Guanabara Bay, Copacabana Beach, and Rio’s dramatic coastline.
Day 3
Little Africa Cultural Tour & Rio Nightlife
Discover Rio’s rich Afro-Brazilian heritage on a private Little Africa tour, exploring significant cultural and historical landmarks that bring to life the story of African influence in Brazil and its lasting impact on the city’s identity. You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.
Your international flight should arrive in Galeão International Airport(IATA: GIG, ICAO: SBGL).
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo there is an additional one time fee of $1400 during low season and $1500 during high season.

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- The best time to visit Rio is between December and March, when the weather is warm and sunny enough to hit the beaches. The city’s seductive samba beat and incredible panoramic views last year-round, but arrive in February to experience Carnival.
- A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Brazil.
- VISA: Citizens travelling with passports from the United States visiting Brazil for tourism and business will be subject to visa requirements for entry into Brazilian territory starting from April 10th, 2025. These citizens can require e-Visas through the portal. The process is easy, and quick and if the requirements mentioned below are met, in a few days the applicant will receive the e-Visa in his or her e-mail.
- Prices are not valid for Carnival and New Year’s Eve
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
