PRICING
The payment towards your trip can be paid out bi-weekly, monthly, or all at once. It is important to keep up with the minimum trip payment schedule, when you make payments towards your trip we in turn book activities, hotels, and more on your behalf.
Be sure to inform us ahead of the deadlines if you anticipate making a late payment.
Sign-ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.

Prices are based on twin-sharing occupancy – this means you will be paired with another solo traveller or a friend of your choice. You can also opt-in for a single room at an additional charge.

Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than half of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
We do not provide international airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Your flight should arrive at O. R. Tambo International Airport (IATA: JNB, ICAO: FAOR) where you will be welcomed by one of our representatives holding a signboard written ""Luxe Tribes"". You will depart from Cape Town International Airport (IATA: CPT, ICAO: FACT).
We will be staying in Luxury hotel accommodations in Johannesburg and Capetown (Hyde Rosebank Hotel or or equivalent in Johannesburg and Pepper Club or equivalent in Cape Town.
Check-in is at 2 p.m. on the first day of your trip, if you are arriving later on in the day, that is completely fine we have a welcome dinner on the first night, so do your best to be in before 6 p.m. However, if you are unable to arrive early, you can take the first day to unwind and recuperate before day 2 of the trip. Check-out is at 12 p.m. on the last day of the trip, you’ll be able to keep your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later in the day on the day of check out, but everyone must check out by noon.
