How do I choose my dates of travel?

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.

What airport do I fly into?

Your international flight should arrive in Cape Town International Airport.

Are flights included?

We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.

What the price of the single occupancy?

Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo or if you would like to book a single room there is an additional one time fee of $1700.

How do I make changes to my trip?

Important things to note

Cape Town get rain in winter (roughly from May-Aug or September) but temperatures are mild, compared to winter temperatures in places like the north-east of the USA. A typical maximum temperature is around 15C, and you often have a few sunny days in-between wet cold fronts. Summers in Cape Town are hot and dry – a typical Mediterranean climate.
Many citizens including US, Canadian, and UK passport holders do not need a visa to enter South Africa for up to 90 days.

If something goes wrong

Cancellation policy

All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
