PRICING
The payment towards your trip can be paid out bi-weekly monthly or all at once. It is important to keep up with the minimum trip payment schedule, when you make payments towards your trip we in turn book activities, hotels and more on your behalf.
Be sure to inform us ahead of the deadlines if you anticipate making a late payment.
Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.

Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than half of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Your flight should arrive and depart from Rafael Núñez International Airport (IATA: CTG, ICAO: SKCG). Your driver will message you via WhatsApp before you land to confirm their arrival. They will be waiting in the arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage from the designated baggage claim belt.
We will be staying in a Luxury Hotel (Bastión Luxury Hotel or the equivalent).
Check-in is at 2 p.m. on the first day of your trip, if you are arriving later on in the day, that is completely fine we have a welcome dinner on the first night, so do your best to be in before 6 p.m. However, if you are unable to arrive early, you can take the first day to unwind and recuperate before day 2 of the trip. Check-out is at 12 p.m. on the last day of the trip, you’ll be able to keep your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later in the day on the day of check out, but everyone must check out by noon.

Single occupancy rate varies depending on the destination, you are able to confirm the rate on your trip dashboard.
Generally, most nationalities can enter Colombia without a visa. If you are a United States citizen, a visa is not required. However, it is your responsibility to check the visa requirements for your country of origin/nationality and to obtain the correct visa for your trip. Please note that entry requirements may change at any time without prior notice from the local government.
At the moment, there are no mandatory vaccinations required to enter Cartagena. However, we encourage travellers to speak to their local travel clinic so that they can advise further. Courses or boosters usually advised: Hepatitis A; Tetanus.
Final itineraries are usually shared with travelers by the travel planner 1 month prior to the starting date of the trip. However, you can check in the inclusions section of the trip what activities are included for you to have a better reference of your trip.
