PRICING
The payment towards your trip can be paid out bi-weekly monthly or all at once. It is important to keep up with the minimum trip payment schedule, when you make payments towards your trip we in turn book activities, hotels, and more on your behalf.
Be sure to inform us ahead of the deadlines if you anticipate making a late payment.
Sign-ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.

Prices are based on double occupancy – this means you will be paired with another solo traveller or a friend of your choice. You can also opt-in for a single room for an additional fee.

Your flight should arrive in San Jose at International Airport Juan Santa Maria where you will meet our tour representative.

The colón is the currency of Costa Rica. Major credit cards are also widely accepted however it's always recommended to have local currency with you.
Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than half of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
January is one of the best months to visit Costa Rica. The weather phenomenon called veranillo (“little summer”) means sunny days can dominate for weeks.
You have two afternoons/evenings of free time in the itinerary that you can use to relax, go out to explore or go shopping. However, all activities in the itinerary are optional so you are welcome to skip something in favor of some extra down time!
