You can pay for your trip in regular installments, monthly payments, or in full. It’s important to stay on track with your payment schedule, as each payment allows us to secure accommodations, activities, and other arrangements on your behalf.
If you anticipate a late payment, please inform us in advance to avoid any disruptions. Sign-ups remain open until the trip is full—if you’re joining later, simply pay your deposit to secure your spot and catch up on any remaining payments.

Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than half of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Your flight should arrive and depart from Dubai International Airport (DXB). Your driver will message you via WhatsApp before you land to confirm their arrival. They will be waiting in the arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage from the designated baggage claim belt.
Check-in is at 2 p.m. on the first day of your trip, if you are arriving later on in the day, that is completely fine we have a welcome dinner on the first night, so do your best to be in before 6 p.m. However, if you are unable to arrive early, you can take the first day to unwind and recuperate before day 2 of the trip. Check-out is at 12 p.m. on the last day of the trip, you’ll be able to keep your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later in the day on the day of check out, but everyone must check out by noon.
We will be staying in a 5 star accommodation on Sheikh Zayed Road (W-the palm hotel or the equivalent).

Dubai is a Muslim state hence you will need to pack moderately conservative clothing for your trip. We will provide you with a full packing list and travel guide to prepare you for your upcoming experience! When you are packing outfits for your trip, think about what’s appropriate enough for children to see you wear in a public place aside from that you will find that at your hotel and more tourist spaces there are no strict dressing restrictions.
