PRICING
The payment towards your trip can be paid out bi-weekly monthly or all at once. It is important to keep up with your trip payment schedule, when you make payments towards your trip we in turn book activities, hotels, and more on your behalf.
Be sure to inform us ahead of the deadlines if you anticipate making a late payment.
Sign-ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.

Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than half of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Your flight should arrive and depart from Dubai International Airport (DXB). Your driver will message you via WhatsApp before you land to confirm their arrival. They will be waiting in the arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage from the designated baggage claim belt.
Check-in is at 2 p.m. on the first day of your trip, if you are arriving later on in the day, that is completely fine we have a welcome dinner on the first night, so do your best to be in before 6 p.m. However, if you are unable to arrive early, you can take the first day to unwind and recuperate before day 2 of the trip. Check-out is at 12 p.m. on the last day of the trip, you’ll be able to keep your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later in the day on the day of check out, but everyone must check out by noon.
We will be staying in a 5 star accommodation on Sheikh Zayed Road (Voco Dubai or the equivalent).
Single occupancy rate varies depending on the destination, you are able to confirm the rate on your trip dashboard.

You have 2 mornings and 2 afternoons/evenings of free time in the itinerary that you can use to relax, go out to explore, or go shopping. However, all activities in the itinerary are optional, so you are welcome to skip something in favour of some extra downtime!
Generally, most nationalities can enter The United Arab Emirates without obtaining a visa. However, if you are a United States citizen a visa is required to travel to The United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Travellers need a visa to visit United Arab Emirates for both Business or Tourism. Travellers can get a free-of-charge visa on arrival in United Arab Emirates at the port of entry, such as an international airport or border crossing. Travellers can obtain a visa on arrival, which allows them to extend their stay once for an additional 10 days. It is your responsibility to check the visa requirements based on your country of origin/nationality and to obtain the correct visa for your trip. Entry requirements might change at any point by each local government without any previous notice.
At the moment, there are no mandatory vaccinations required to enter The United Arab Emirates. However, we encourage travellers to speak to their local travel clinic so that they can advise further Vaccine requirements might change at any point by each local government without any previous notice.
Dubai is a Muslim state hence you will need to pack moderately conservative clothing for your trip. We will provide you with a full packing list and travel guide to prepare you for your upcoming experience! When you are packing outfits for your trip, think about what’s appropriate enough for children to see you wear in a public place aside from that you will find that at your hotel and more tourist spaces there are no strict dressing restrictions.
Final itineraries are usually shared with travelers by the travel planner 1 month prior to the starting date of the trip. However, you can check in the inclusions section of the trip what activities are included for you to have a better reference of your trip.
