Day 1
Welcome to Dubai.
Upon arrival at Dubai International Airport (DXB), you will be met by your driver who will assist you with your bags and escort you to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure as you settle into the city’s glamorous atmosphere.

Explore Dubai
Your Dubai itinerary will begin with an exciting city tour, offering a glimpse of some of Dubai’s iconic landmarks and modern marvels.
Next, you’ll visit the Dubai Miracle Gardens, where you can marvel at the stunning floral displays and imaginative designs. Following this, you’ll explore the vibrant Gold and Spice Souks, immersing yourself in the bustling markets and traditional charm.

We’ll arrange your transfer to the airport, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free departure. Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Dubai – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Dubai is sunny year round but the best time to visit is from November to April when it’s not too hot.
- Most passport holders including U.S and British citizens need no advance visa arrangements to visit the UAE. Simply disembark your flight at Dubai International airport and proceed to immigration, where your passport will be stamped with a 30‑day visit visa free of charge. Read more here.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
