Start in Cairo, where a full day tour takes you to The Great Pyramids. Built between 2560 and 2540 BC, it is also the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and the only one still standing. Jordan’s capital, Amman is a thriving, progressive city, particularly in its west. With historic sights like the Roman Theatre and King Abdullah Mosque, this is an ideal place to begin your Jordanian adventure.

After a day touring the capital, set out for Petra, the symbol of Jordan. Spend two nights here, as you’ll want plenty of time to visit this millennia old city, with famous sights including the rock-cut architecture of the Treasury, the Street of Facades and the Amphitheater.

PRICING
The payment towards your trip can be paid out bi-weekly monthly or all at once. It is important to keep up with your trip payment schedule, when you make payments towards your trip we in turn book activities, hotels and more on your behalf.
Be sure to inform us ahead of the deadlines if you anticipate making a late payment.
Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.

Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than half of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Your flight should arrive in Cairo International Airport (IATA: CAI; ICAO: HECA).Your driver will message you via WhatsApp before you land to confirm their arrival. They will be waiting in the arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage from the designated baggage claim belt. Your flight should depart from Queen Alia International Airport (IATA: AMM, ICAO: OJAI).
Check-in is at 2 p.m. on the first day of your trip, if you are arriving later on in the day, that is completely fine we have a welcome dinner on the first night, so do your best to be in before 6 p.m. However, if you are unable to arrive early, you can take the first day to unwind and recuperate before day 2 of the trip. Check-out is at 12 p.m. on the last day of the trip, you’ll be able to keep your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later in the day on the day of check out, but everyone must check out by noon.
We will be staying at one of the highest-rated hotels in Cairo, featuring luxurious 5-star accommodations with views of the Great Pyramids of Giza (Mena House, Cairo, or the equivalent).
We will spend 4 days in Egypt and 4 days in Jordan, our trip will officially end in Jordan.
International one-way flights between Egypt and Jordan are included in the cost of the trip, along with 23kg baggage for each traveler. It is possible to purchase additional baggage pre-trip.

Single occupancy rate varies depending on the destination, you are able to confirm the rate on your trip dashboard.
You have 2 mornings and 2 afternoons/evenings of free time in the itinerary that you can use to relax, go out to explore, or go shopping. However, all activities in the itinerary are optional, so you are welcome to skip something in favour of some extra downtime!
Egypt: If you are a United States citizen, a visa is required. Travellers need a visa to visit Egypt for Tourism for a maximum stay of 30 days. Travellers can get a visa on arrival in Egypt at the port of entry, such as an international airport or border crossing. Please note this is not included in your package. Jordan: If you are a United States citizen, a visa is required. Travellers need a visa to visit Jordan for both Business and Tourism for a maximum stay of 30 days. Travellers can get a visa on arrival in Jordan at the following point of entries: - Queen Alia Airport. Please note this is included in your package. It is your responsibility to check the visa requirements for your country of origin/nationality and to obtain the correct visa for your trip. Please note that entry requirements may change at any time without prior notice from the local government.
At the moment, there are no mandatory vaccinations required to enter Egypt or Jordan. However, we encourage travellers to speak to their local travel clinic so that they can advise further. Vaccine requirements might change at any point by each local government without any previous notice.
Final itineraries are usually shared with travelers by the travel planner 1 month prior to the starting date of the trip. However, you can check in the inclusions section of the trip what activities are included for you to have a better reference of your trip.
