Day 1
Arrival in Ghana
Arrive in Accra, where the vibrant energy of Ghana’s capital welcomes you. Upon landing, your driver will be waiting to greet you and provide a seamless private transfer to your hotel.
Once checked in, take time to relax, refresh, or begin exploring the city at your own pace, depending on your arrival time.
This evening, gather for a memorable welcome dinner, where you’ll savor the rich flavors of Ghanaian cuisine and begin immersing yourself in the culture, rhythms, and warm hospitality that define this remarkable destination.
Day 2
Accra City Tour, Local Lunch Experience & WED Dubois Center
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before setting out to experience the beauty, history, and rich cultural heritage of Accra.
Your city tour introduces you to some of the capital’s most iconic landmarks, including Independence Square and Black Star Square, enduring symbols of Ghana’s freedom and national pride, and the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, a powerful tribute to the nation’s founding father.
A delicious local lunch is included, offering an opportunity to savor authentic Ghanaian flavors.
Continue to the W.E.B. Du Bois Centre, a significant cultural and intellectual landmark dedicated to the renowned Pan-African scholar. The center features a museum housing his personal library and memorabilia, an open-air theatre that hosts lectures and cultural events, and the historic Marcus Garvey Guest House.
After your exploration, transfer back to your hotel to relax and unwind.
Day 3
Afrofuture
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before embracing a day of freedom to relax, explore, or prepare for an unforgettable evening ahead.
Later, proceed to Afrofuture with VIP entrance access and immerse yourself in one of Africa’s most electrifying cultural celebrations. Experience the dynamic fusion of music, art, fashion, and innovation as African creatives and entrepreneurs showcase the continent’s vibrant talent and forward-thinking spirit.
From high-energy performances to inspiring cultural expression, this is a powerful celebration of Africa’s diversity and creativity.
Day 4
Free Day
Enjoy a leisurely day at your own pace, with no scheduled activities.
Take this time to relax at your hotel, browse nearby markets, or venture out to discover Accra’s vibrant art galleries, boutique shops, and dynamic food scene.
Note: Transportation is not included today, giving you the flexibility to explore independently and tailor the day to your interests.
Day 5
Ancestral Heritage Experience
Set out early for Cape Coast with a packed breakfast in hand, beginning a day rich in history, reflection, and coastal beauty.
Today’s experiences include:
– Elmina Castle — a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of West Africa’s most significant historical landmarks, offering profound insight into the transatlantic slave trade and the resilience of those who passed through its doors.
– Ancestral Meditation by the Beach — a deeply moving moment of reflection and connection, set against the soothing rhythm of the Atlantic waves.
A local lunch is included during the day.
Afterward, enjoy time to unwind along the shoreline, where the ocean breeze and peaceful surroundings invite rest and renewal.
Later, return to Accra for an overnight stay.
Day 6
Optional giving back to the community & Farewell Dinner
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before easing into a relaxed morning at your own pace. You may choose to unwind or participate in an optional community give-back project — a meaningful opportunity to connect with local residents and make a positive impact during your stay.
In the evening, celebrate the close of your Ghanaian adventure with a memorable Farewell Dinner. Share stories, laughter, and reflections as you savor local flavors and toast to the unforgettable experiences and connections made along the way.
Day 7
Check out and Goodbyes
Snap some last pictures of your beautiful vacation in Ghana.
Say your goodbyes, check out, and await your private transfer back to the airport to take you back home.

The payment towards your Ghana trip can be paid out monthly or in full. We provide flexible payment plans for all travelers, all payments must be completed no later than one month before your scheduled arrival date.

This package is scheduled around the Afrofuture Festival, which takes place during the New Year’s Eve period. Once the official Afrofuture dates are published, your travel expert will advise you on the recommended arrival date.
Your flight should arrive and depart from Kotoka International Airport (IATA: ACC, ICAO: DGAA) where you will be welcomed by one of our representatives holding a signboard written "Luxe Tribes".
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo or if you would like to book a single room there is an additional one time fee of $1600.

Some key points
Important things to note
- The best time to visit Ghana is between November – March, when there is little to no rainfall, and every part of the country is easily accessible. Between April and October, the weather in Ghana is rather wet, restricting the ability to travel. Many places might close down for the low-season as well.
- Visa: Visitors to Ghana, including US, Canadian and UK citizens, must obtain a visa from one of the Ghanaian diplomatic missions unless you come from one of the countries or territories that are either visa exempt or whose citizens may obtain a visa on arrival.
- Visa on arrival: Citizens of the African Union member states (except Morocco) that are not visa exempt can obtain a 30 days maximum visa for Ghana upon arrival for fee $150.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
