Day 1
Welcome to Ibiza!
Upon arrival at Ibiza International Airport, you will be met by your private driver and transferred to your hotel. Take the remainder of the day to settle in, unwind, and begin enjoying the island at your own pace.
Day 2
Hot Air Balloon Experience & ATV Adventure
Begin your day before sunrise with a truly unforgettable hot air balloon experience over the beautiful island of Ibiza. As the sun rises, float peacefully above the island and take in breathtaking panoramic views of Ibiza’s coastline, countryside, and picturesque villages. Celebrate the experience with a traditional toast upon landing, followed by a delicious Spanish breakfast.
In the afternoon, add a sense of adventure to your Ibiza escape with an exciting ATV tour. Explore the island’s hidden gems as you navigate a mix of scenic coastal roads, winding dirt tracks, and charming country lanes. Traveling in a small group of no more than eight guests allows for a more personalized experience and the flexibility to enjoy the route at a comfortable pace. Along the way, admire spectacular viewpoints, discover lesser-known corners of the island, and enjoy a refreshing swim in the Mediterranean Sea.
Day 3
Afternoon or Sunset Sailing experience
Choose between midday or sunset sailing in a fully equipped sailing yacht in a small-group setting (max 10 pax).
This afternoon is all about slowing down and experiencing Ibiza from the water. Step aboard a small-group sailing yacht and cruise along the island’s stunning coastline, discovering hidden coves, turquoise bays, and breathtaking Mediterranean scenery. Enjoy light snacks and an open bar featuring wine, cava, beer, and soft drinks as you relax on deck. Along the way, there will be opportunities to swim in crystal-clear waters, snorkel, or try paddleboarding in secluded bays. As the day draws to a close, settle in for one of Ibiza’s most iconic moments—the spectacular sunset over the sea, painting the sky in shades of gold, orange, and pink for an unforgettable end to your day.

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.
Your international flight will arrive and depart from Ibiza International Airport
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo there is an additional one time fee of $3500.

- A Valid Passport is required to travel to Spain.
- Rates published are not applicable during Christmas and New Year’s Eve Period. For travel dates for above period please contact florencia@luxetribes.com
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
