PRICING
The payment towards your trip can be paid out bi-weekly monthly or all at once. It is important to keep up with the minimum trip payment schedule, when you make payments towards your trip we in turn book activities, hotels and more on your behalf.
Be sure to inform us ahead of the deadlines if you anticipate making a late payment.
Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.

Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than half of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Your flight should arrive and depart from Indira Gandhi International Airport (IATA: DEL, ICAO: VIDP). Your driver will message you via WhatsApp before you land to confirm their arrival. They will be waiting in the arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage from the designated baggage claim belt.
Check-in is at 2 p.m. on the first day of your trip, if you are arriving later on in the day, that is completely fine we have a welcome dinner on the first night, so do your best to be in before 6 p.m. However, if you are unable to arrive early, you can take the first day to unwind and recuperate before day 2 of the trip. Check-out is at 12 p.m. on the last day of the trip, you’ll be able to keep your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later in the day on the day of check out, but everyone must check out by noon.
We will be staying in 4 separate hotels across Delhi, Agra, Jodhpur and Jaipur. Taj Palace (Delhi).

Single occupancy rate varies depending on the destination, you are able to confirm the rate on your trip dashboard.
We will spend 3 days in Delhi, 2 days in Agra, 2 days in Jodhpur and 1 day in Jaipur.
We will travel between each region via coach/van.
You have 1 morning and 3 afternoons/evenings of free time in the itinerary that you can use to relax, go out to explore, or go shopping. However, all activities in the itinerary are optional, so you are welcome to skip something in favour of some extra downtime! Please be aware that this trip moves quickly, with periods dedicated to traveling between cities.
A visa is required if you are traveling to India with a United States passport. It is your responsibility to check the visa requirements based on your country of origin or nationality and to obtain the appropriate visa for your trip. You can obtain a visa 30 days before your departure through the Indian visa website: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in Please note that entry requirements may change at any time without prior notice by local governments.
At the moment, there are no mandatory vaccinations required to enter India. However, we encourage travellers to speak to their local travel clinic so that they can advise further Vaccine requirements might change at any point by each local government without any previous notice.
Final itineraries are usually shared with travelers by the travel planner 1 month prior to the starting date of the trip. However, you can check in the inclusions section of the trip what activities are included for you to have a better reference of your trip.
We have the following calls planned with the trip travelers: Pre-Departure Call: 2 Months Prior, Final Departure Call: 1 Month Prior. In addition to these calls, feel free to reach out to us at any time.
