PRICING
Payments can be made monthly or in full at any time, provided the minimum payment schedule is maintained.
Your trip payment plan consists of an initial deposit followed by 5 equal monthly payments, scheduled for the 5th of each month.
Please note that all deposits and payments made towards your trip are non-refundable, as we begin securing hotels, activities, and other travel arrangements on your behalf.
If you anticipate a late payment, please inform us prior to the payment deadline. Missing 2 consecutive payments may result in the cancellation of your participation on the trip.
Bookings remain open until the trip reaches full capacity or up to 2 months prior to the scheduled departure date. If you join the trip after the payment plan has started, simply pay your deposit to secure your spot and catch up on the remaining scheduled payments.

Prices are based on double occupancy, meaning you will share a room with another solo traveller or a friend of your choice. A single-occupancy room upgrade is also available at an additional cost.

Either works! The best part about our travel meet-ups is that they’re designed for connection—whether you're coming solo or with a friend. In fact, 90% of our travelers join alone, making it the perfect opportunity to meet like-minded people and form new friendships. A few bring a bestie or two, but most come solo and leave with an incredible new travel crew!
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Your flight should arrive and depart from Indira Gandhi International Airport (IATA: DEL, ICAO: VIDP). Your driver will message you via WhatsApp before you land to confirm their arrival. They will be waiting in the arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage from the designated baggage claim belt.
Check-in is at 2 p.m. on the first day of your trip, if you are arriving later on in the day, that is completely fine we have a welcome dinner on the first night, so do your best to be in before 6 p.m. However, if you are unable to arrive early, you can take the first day to unwind and recuperate before day 2 of the trip. Check-out is at 12 p.m. on the last day of the trip, you’ll be able to keep your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later in the day on the day of check out, but everyone must check out by noon.
We will be staying in 4 separate hotels across Delhi, Agra, Jodhpur and Jaipur. Taj Palace (Delhi).
