We have curated the perfect Japan cherry blossoms getaway special.

Day 1
WELCOME TO TOKYO
You will arrive at Narita or Haneda International airport and private transportation will take you to your hotel where you can rest or start strolling around the city. Get settled before the adventurous second day.
Day 2
DISCOVER TOKYO
Discover the capital of Japan and view the most beautiful cherry blossoms with your private guide and driver at your disposal. The itinerary is completely customizable based on your interests and requests.
Some places that you can visit are:
- Senso-ji temple
- Tokyo Skytree
- Edo Castle
- Harajuku
- Shibuya crossing and Shibuya Sky
- Meiji Shrine
Attraction entrance fees are not included, but most of the places can be visited for free.
Day 3
TEAM LAB EXPERIENCE
Visit one of the world’s most famous digital art installations and take amazing Instagram pictures at TeamLab Planets.
You are free for the rest of the day.
Day 4
DAY TRIP TO MOUNT FUJI
Head to Japan’s most famous mountain with your private guide. Admire Mount Fuji from the Kachi Kachi ropeway leading to the summit of Mount Tenjo, the Chureito pagoda, the traditional village of Oshino Hakkai and more. Explore the shrines in the area and taste Houtou or Yoshida Udon, the local noodle dishes of the area. Pick up a bottle of Yamanashi wine or some fresh fruits to enjoy after your tour!
Day 5
FROM TOKYO TO KYOTO
After check-out, your private driver will take you to Tokyo station. Ride the world’s fastest bullet train to Kyoto. Once arrived, another private driver will be waiting for you and take you to your hotel in the city center.
In the evening, meet your tour guide and stroll through the streets amongst the many passersby to fully appreciate and feel the life of the city. Enter Gion, the home of many geisha and traditional tea houses. Enjoy the most unforgettable Kaiseki meal of your life. This tour is a celebration of Japanese traditional culture and Kaiseki cuisine, a multi-course, multi-flavored Japanese dinner that flawlessly mixes global and local flavors to produce some of the most delicious dishes on the planet.
Day 6
DISCOVER KYOTO
Discover the ancient city of Kyoto and admire the most beautiful cherry blossom spots with your private guide and driver at your disposal. The itinerary is completely customizable based on your interests and requests.

- Kinkakuji temple
- Bamboo forest
- Tenryuyi temple
- Gion
- Fushimi Inari shrine
Attraction entrance fees are not included, but most of the places can be visited for free.
Day 7
KIMONO PHOTOSHOOT AND TEA CEREMONY
In the morning, enjoy a photoshoot wearing a traditional kimono!
First, head to the shop where you can try on and choose your kimono. For this photoshoot, you can select the location of your choice.
Please note that the taxi fare to go to the photoshoot location is not included, as it will depend on your choice.
In the afternoon, your private driver will take you to an ancient tea house where you will discover all the secrets of the traditional Japanese tea ceremony. Enjoy your matcha green tea accompanied by Japanese sweets.
Return your kimono at the rental store and head back to the hotel for the evening.
Day 8
DAY TRIP TO NARA
Your private guide will meet you at your hotel, and you will travel together to Nara.
Accompanied by your expert local guide’s commentary, admire the Great Buddha statue at Todaiji Temple, feed the deer at Nara Park, and explore less known locations such as Kasuga-Taisha Shrine.
You will be using public transportation.
After your tour, your guide will accompany you back to your hotel in Kyoto.
Day 9
CHECK-OUT AND GOODBYES
Your private driver will take you to Osaka International Airport (Itami or Kansai) for your flight back home.

- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- Currently, the US passport holders do not need a visa.
- A Valid Passport is required to travel to Japan.
- Arrival in Tokyo (HND or NRT), departure from Osaka (ITM or KIX)
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
