Are men allowed on group trips?

Our trips are for women only unless specified otherwise - In 2022 here are the trips that are for both men and women: Thailand, Kenya, Iceland, Brazil, Bali Baecation and Ghana

What does double occupancy mean?

All prices listed for our group trips are per person, double occupancy means you will be paired with another solo traveler of your choice or with a friend. Single occupancy means that you have your own room - typically there is an additional cost for a private room which varies based on the trip.

What's included on the Trips?

Inclusions vary from trip to trip and depend on the country but each experience is designed to ensure everything is handled from the moment you land till you head back home. This means that we handle your accommodations we only book luxury hotels, airport transfers, activities and more to ensure you have a stress free experience.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes! We can accommodate all diets, allergies and dietary restrictions, just make sure to let us know. Prior to your arrival we will send out an inquiry form to gather all the necessary information to prepare for your trip.

What is your Cancellation Policy for trips not affected by covid-19?

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION You can cancel or amend your trip up to 60 days prior to trip departure. Any differences in trip costs between your original and new booking will still be applicable. You can cancel your trip up to 60 days before departure and get your money back as a credit towards a future trip. Your flexible deposit will remain attached to your profile and can be used to book a new trip whenever you're ready. If your trip is running as planned with no travel restrictions affecting you from attending the trip If you wish to cancel then the following cancellation penalties apply: Payments made after your deposit: Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.

What is the average group size?

Our group trips typically range anywhere from 12-24 guests, depending on the style of trip and the country!

Where does the trip start?

Your international flight will typically arrive in Lima, the capital city of Peru. You will then fly to Cusco this is where our journey to Machu Picchu and beyond will begin. Otherwise you can book a flight straight to Cusco from your home country.Flights from Lima to Cusco are usually around $40-$75 roundtrip if you book early.

How much free time is there?

You have two afternoons/evenings of free time in the itinerary that you can use to relax, go out to explore, or go shopping. However, all activities in the itinerary are optional so you are welcome to skip something in favor of some extra downtime!

How much extra spending money do I need?

While the actual amount needed will depend on your spending habits, we would recommend budgeting an additional $200-$400 for extra drinks, snacks, souvenirs, and lunch/dinners not included.

How do I get assistance with finding the right flight?

What is the single occupancy fee?

There is a one time fee of $700 for single occupancy
