Day 1
Welcome to Portugal!
You will arrive at Lisbon International Airport, and private transportation will take you to your hotel, where you can rest and relax. In the evening, unwind with a traditional Portuguese dinner accompanied by the soulful sounds of live Fado music.
Day 2
Discover Lisbon
Your driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to begin a fun Tuk Tuk tour through Lisbon’s charming, narrow streets. Breeze through hidden alleys, reach breathtaking viewpoints, and explore areas cars can’t access — all with ease and style. Lunch on your own terms. Free afternoon and evening to explore the city on your own terms.
Day 3
Sintra, Cascais & Estoril day tour
Sintra is a magical place where man and nature blend perfectly. Wander through Pena Park with its diverse plants, secret trails, and the romantic 19th-century, Pena National Palace. Enjoy stunning views over the Moorish castle from the mountaintop. In the old town, savor Travesseiro and Queijada pastries and optionally visit the National Palace. Drive through Sintra Natural Park, stopping for photos at Roca Cape cliffs, the westernmost point of Continental Europe. See the waves at Guincho Beach, popular with surfers. Take a scenic drive along the Atlantic coast to Cascais. Enjoy free time for lunch, a bay walk, or the beach. This area, a first for Portuguese tourism, housed early 20th-century summer homes for the rich. Return to Lisbon via Estoril and its Casino.
Day 4
Lisbon to Porto
Your driver will take you to Lisbon’s Oriente Train Station where you will catch your train to Porto. A driver will be waiting for you at the train station and will drive you to the hotel in Porto.
Day 5
Discover Porto
Come join us on a walking tour through the streets of the historical centre of Porto (classified as World Heritage Site since 1996 by UNESCO). We invite you to discover this city where the old houses perch over the river like they’re huddling together. Enjoy the old palaces, the robust churches, the most emblematic neighborhoods, the people of Porto and the most picturesque corners that the city has to offer.
Rest of the day is free.
Day 6
Douro Valley day trip
Experience the beauty of Portugal’s iconic Douro Valley on this full-day guided tour from Porto (approx. 10 hours). Visit two renowned wine estates to learn about traditional wine production and enjoy tastings of regional wines and port. Savor a traditional Portuguese lunch with scenic vineyard views, then unwind on a relaxing river cruise along the Douro River in Pinhão. Throughout the day, take in breathtaking landscapes of terraced vineyards and rolling hills, making this a perfect blend of culture, gastronomy, and stunning scenery.
Day 7
Goodbye Portugal!
After check-out, your private driver will take you to Porto International Airport and you will fly back home.

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.

- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- Travelers require a passport valid for at least 3 months after the traveler exits Portugal
- You don’t need a visa for Portugal if you have a United States passport.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
