Are men allowed on group trips?

Our trips are for women only unless specified otherwise - In 2022 here are the trips that are for both men and women: Thailand, Kenya, Iceland, Brazil, Bali Baecation and Ghana

What does double occupancy mean?

All prices listed for our group trips are per person, double occupancy means you will be paired with another solo traveler of your choice or with a friend. Single occupancy means that you have your own room - typically there is an additional cost for a private room which varies based on the trip.

What's included on the Trips?

Inclusions vary from trip to trip and depend on the country but each experience is designed to ensure everything is handled from the moment you land till you head back home. This means that we handle your accommodations we only book luxury hotels, airport transfers, activities and more to ensure you have a stress free experience.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes! We can accommodate all diets, allergies and dietary restrictions, just make sure to let us know. Prior to your arrival we will send out an inquiry form to gather all the necessary information to prepare for your trip.

What is your Cancellation Policy for trips not affected by covid-19?

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION You can cancel or amend your trip up to 60 days prior to trip departure. Any differences in trip costs between your original and new booking will still be applicable. You can cancel your trip up to 60 days before departure and get your money back as a credit towards a future trip. Your flexible deposit will remain attached to your profile and can be used to book a new trip whenever you're ready. If your trip is running as planned with no travel restrictions affecting you from attending the trip If you wish to cancel then the following cancellation penalties apply: Payments made after your deposit: Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.

What is the average group size?

Our group trips typically range anywhere from 12-24 guests, depending on the style of trip and the country!

Pricing

The payment towards your Japan trip can be paid out monthly or in full. Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments by November 5th.

What airport do I fly into?

You will arrive at Narita or Haneda International airport.

Are flights included?

Flights are not included however we do provide a guide that will help you find the right flight. Please email support@luxetribes.com for further assistance.

What the price of the single occupancy?

Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo or if you require a single room please reach out and we will send adjusted price quotes.

Do I need a visa?

Currently, the US passport holders do not need a visa for Japan.

How do I make changes to my trip?

Email your Japan trip expert - estelle@luxetribes.com and you can change any aspect of your upcoming vacation! The itinerary is fully customizable to work for you.

What accommodation is included in my stay?

We will provide you with a list of hotel options for you to choose from once you provide us with your confirmed travel dates and your confirmed guest list. You get to choose where you want to stay and we will always provide as many options as needed until you are absolutely satisfied with your accommodation.
