Sample Itinerary
We have curated the perfect Turkey getaway with all of the highlights of the country.
Please note this is a sample itinerary and your actual itinerary would be adjusted based on your selected activities, dates of travel and of course your travel style!
Day 1
Arrival
Your flight should arrive at Istanbul Airport (IATA: IST, ICAO: LTFM) where you will be welcomed by one of our representative holding a signboard of your name and/or “Luxe Tribes”.
Check in usually starts at 2 p.m. It is highly suggested to arrive between 12.00 p.m. – 1.00 p.m. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel.
Day 2
Istanbul Magic!
After breakfast embark on a fantastic full-day city tour of Istanbul visiting landmarks such as:
-Hippodrome: The former center of sportive and political activities of Constantinople.
-Blue Mosque: One of the largest mosques in Istanbul dating from the 17th century it is one of the principal adornments of the skyline of Istanbul. Also famous for its blue tiles and 6 minarets.
-St. Sophia: The magnificent Byzantine Church; one of the finest architectural works in the world.
-Topkapı Palace
-Grand Bazaar.
After the tour transfer back to your hotel.Overnight.
Day 3
Luxury Turkish Bath Experience
Today, your driver will pick you up to take you to a luxury Turkish bath. Enjoy a 45-minute Hamam ritual, including traditional body scrubbing in the warmest quarter, a relaxing bubble wash ritual on the warm marble stone, and the use of the hammam. After this relaxing time, your driver will drop you at your hotel or the place of your choice in the city center. Free time.
Day 4
Cappadocia and ATVS!
Breakfast will be served at your hotel in Istanbul.
You will be transferred by your private transportation to Istanbul airport to board your flight to Cappadocia.
Arrival at Kayseri Airport where you will be transferred to Cappadocia (approximately 1hr 20min drive). Check in to a luxury Cave Hotel.
Later today, choose between an ATV or horse riding adventure of the Red and Rose Valley during sunset.
Enjoy high-octane thrills and outdoor adventure in Cappadocia on this 2-hour off-road quad-bike safari.
Clip on your helmet and — following a full safety briefing — zoom through the Turkish countryside with a guide.
Overnight in Cappadocia ATV/ Horseback riding can be replaced with a spa session!
Day 5
Red Tour & Optional Hot Air Balloon
Optional: This morning wake up early to ride the hot air balloon during the sunrise. Extra $310 per person. Breakfast will be served in your hotel. Continue the day with the red tour (northern) sightseeing the places below: – Uchisar Historic castel – Love Valley – Open Air museum – Cavusin Village – Pasabag Valley -Devrent Valley & Pottery handicraft
Day 6
Sunrise Photoshoot & Green Tour
Wake up early morning with the view of the hot air balloons. You have a photoshoot with the view of the balloons in the background. Extra dramatic dress rental $75 per person Breakfast will be served in your hotel. Enjoy the green tour in Cappadocia. Highlights of the day: Goreme Open Air Museum Underground city Devrent valley Cavusin Village Ortahisar historic village Hiking in red and Rose Canyon Pigeon Valley
Day 7
Check out & Goodbyes
Today is the last day of your trip with us! After breakfast & check-out from the hotel, your airport transfer will be arranged to Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport.

The payment towards your Turkey trip can be paid out monthly or in full. We provide flexible payment plans for all travelers, all payments must be completed no later than one month before your scheduled arrival date.

Prices are based on double occupancy – this means you will be sharing with your partner or with a friend. If you are traveling solo there is an additional one time single occupancy fee of $1700 which can be paid up to 2 months before your trip.

- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- You need a visa for Türkiye if you have a United States passport.
- Travelers require a passport valid for at least 150 days from the time of entry
If something goes wrong
Cancellation Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
