We have curated the perfect Bali getaway with all of the highlights of the island. Can’t decide where you want to stay? You can choose to split your time between two different parts of the island, most of our travels opt in for Ubud and Seminyak but the choice is all yours.
Please note this is a sample itinerary and your actual itinerary would be adjusted based on your selected activities, dates of travel and of course your travel style!
Day 1
Welcome to Bali!
The driver will be ready and waiting for you at the airport, on your way to the villa the driver will stop at a cost-efficient currency exchange. Settle into your villa, depending on your arrival time head out to explore the surrounding areas while getting adjusted to Bali! We will provide you with a comprehensive and personalized Bali travel guide with information about Bali, recommendations for restaurants etc prior to your arrival in Bali.
Day 2
Floating breakfast & spa day!
Wake up to a floating breakfast at your villa! After breakfast head to the spa for a 60 minute Balinese massage and flower bath. Spend the rest of your day relaxing or shopping in the nearby markets.
Candlelight Dinner is tonight.
Day 3
Ubud day trip!
Spend the day getting to know cultural Bali with a day trip around Ubud.
Today you will visit:
-Tegallalang Rice Terrace
-Bali Swing
-Ubud Monkey Forest
-Ubud temples
-Ubud Market
Get to also enjoy a Picnic Lunch overlooking the rice terrace.
Day 4
Transfer Day – NUSA Penida
Today you will be collected and taken to the ferry for your transportation over to Nusa Penida for a 2-night stay. Once you arrive at Nusa Penida port you will be greeted by our friendly driver, who will then take you to meet our snorkeling guide and get ready to start your snorkeling tour. Using a special boat the guide will delight in showing you all that is on offer, from healthy corals in crystal clear waters to unforgettable encounters with magnificent Manta Rays
Day 5
NUSA Penida Island Tour
Visit the famous Kelingking Beach for the chance to take photos of the most scenic spot on the island. Marvel at the cliffs overlooking the Indian Ocean, and then continue to Pasih Uug (Broken Beach) and the natural pool of Angel’s Billabong. Experience the peace and quiet of one of the less-visited spots on Nusa Penida before going to the popular beach at Crystal Bay, known for its great diving and snorkeling opportunities.
Day 6
Transfer Day – Gili Trawangan
Today you will check out and head out for another boat ride to Gili Trawangan, this island is very small and can be easily explored by bicycle which will be included as part of your accommodation. After exploring on your bicycle why not check Gili T’s, Night Market. Brimming with stalls dishing up just about anything from lip-smackingly delicious local food to tasty barbeque to fresh seafood and more, it’s not hard to see why this is such a must-visit place. Besides grabbing an authentic Indonesian meal at a dirt-cheap price, it’s also the perfect spot to soak up the buzzing atmosphere and mingle with locals.
Day 7
Gili Snorkel Experience
This morning you will head out for your snorkel adventure around Gili Islands. During the 4 hours, you will visit some nice snorkeling spots around Gili Meno and Gili Air: Sea turtles, green turtles and hawskbill turtles, underwater sculptures snorkeling on an artificial reef, you can swim over the top of Bounty wreck which is about 8 meters deep, Snorkelers will have their private snorkeling guide pointing out interesting marine creatures and also help you to spot some sea turtles while exploring the coral reefs of Gili islands.
Day 8
Transfer Day – Seminyak
Today you will check out and head back on a ferry back to Bali itself, and head to your next location Seminyak/Canggu. Spend the remainder of your day relaxing by your pool, or head out as a suggestion to La Plancha to seat on one of the many colorful beanbags and watch the sunset with cocktail in hand Snorkelers will have their private snorkeling guide pointing out interesting marine creatures and also help you to spot some sea turtles while exploring the coral reefs of Gili islands.
Day 9
WaterFalls and Temples
Learn all about the Balinese way of life and venture to Bali’s most picturesque locations. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and learn about Balinese culture. Today you will have the option of the Cool mountains or East Bali day trip. (lunch is included)

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the villa that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Indonesia – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Bali’s rainy season runs from November to Early May
- Dates to avoid: March 9th – 12th for Galungan and Neypi Day (Silence day) Please note that on this day the airport is closed, hotels and Villas are not allowed to do any check ins or check outs. The locals will be silent this day and are not allowed to work. All travel is also restricted from 6am on this day to 6am the following morning. You will also not be able to leave your villa.
- 160 nationalities, including the US, Canada and UK, will need a Visa on Arrival (VOA) to enter Bali that is valid for 30 days at the cost of USD 34 per person.
This visa can be obtained upon arrival at Denpasar Airport. - When selecting flights be sure to allow for 1-2 days before your scheduled arrival date as most flights to Bali take anywhere from 15+ hours if you are traveling from the U.S and other similar territories
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
