PRICING
The payment towards your trip can be paid out bi-weekly monthly or all at once. It is important to keep up with your trip payment schedule, when you make payments towards your trip we in turn book activities, hotels, and more on your behalf.
Be sure to inform us ahead of the deadlines if you anticipate making a late payment.
Sign-ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments.

Our trips are perfect for solo travelers looking to make new friends in an exciting and welcoming environment. 90% of our guests come solo, and they leave with lifelong friendships! If you're nervous about traveling alone, don't be—we create the ultimate experience for solo adventurers to connect, bond, and have an unforgettable time. Of course, if you want to bring a bestie or two, they're more than welcome!
International flights are not included. We have travelers flying in from all over the world, so you’ll need to handle your own flight costs and arrangements. However, once you land at the designated airport, we’ve got you covered! Our team will pick you up, and from that point on, everything on the ground—including accommodations, activities, and most meals—is taken care of in the pricing.
Your flight should arrive and depart from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (IATA: DPS, ICAO: WADD), also known as Denpasar International Airport, where you will be welcomed by one of our representatives holding a signboard written "Luxe Tribes".
Check-in is at 2 p.m. on the first day of your trip, if you are arriving later on in the day, that is completely fine we have a welcome dinner on the first night, so do your best to be in before 6 p.m. However, if you are unable to arrive early, you can take the first day to unwind and recuperate before day 2 of the trip. Check-out is at 12 p.m. on the last day of the trip, you’ll be able to keep your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later in the day on the day of check out, but everyone must check out by noon.
We will be staying in Villas in Ubud Bali. Each traveller will have their own ensuite bedroom in a shared villa. The villas can be as small as 3 bedrooms or as large as 6 bedrooms depending on the number of travellers confirmed for the trip. Each villa has a swimming pool and travelers will have a shared living room and kitchen.
