Day 1
Welcome to Iceland!
Touch down at Keflavík Airport and step straight into a seamless arrival experience, with private transportation ready to take you to your hotel. Settle into your surroundings, unwind in comfort, and recharge—your Iceland adventure truly begins tomorrow.
Day 2
Walking tour & Northern Lights Tour
Start your day with breakfast before meeting your expert guide at the iconic Leifur Eiríksson Statue for an immersive walking tour of Reykjavík. Wander through the artistic grounds of Einar Jónsson Sculpture Park, stroll the charming streets of Þingholt, and take in the peaceful beauty of the City Pond. Step inside Reykjavík City Hall to view a fascinating topographical map of Iceland, then continue past historic landmarks including Parliament, the cathedral, and ancient Viking settlement sites. Your journey concludes at the striking Harpa Concert Hall, a true architectural gem.
As night falls, the adventure continues. Leave the city lights behind and head into Iceland’s vast countryside on a guided Northern Lights hunt. With expert guides tracking weather patterns and solar activity in real time, you’ll be taken to the best possible viewing locations for a chance to witness the sky come alive with color.

Day 3
Golden Circle & Snowmobile Ride

Snaefellsnes Peninsula Tour

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.
Your international flight should arrive and depart fromKeflavík International Airport (IATA: KEF, ICAO: BIKF).
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo or if you would like to book a single room there is an additional one time fee of $1800 during low season and $3000 during high season..

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- U.S. citizens do not need a visa if they are traveling to Iceland for tourism, business, transit, artistic or sport activities, with no intention of establishing residence.
- A Valid Passport is required to travel to Iceland.
- All tours in Iceland are operated on a shared (group) basis. Pick-up and drop-off take place at the nearest designated bus stop to your hotel, typically located within a 2–5 minute walk. Guests should be ready to wait between 5 and 30 minutes for the vehicle arrival (usually much quicker). In some cases, you will first be transferred to the central bus terminal, where you will board a larger coach for the excursion.
- Private transfers between your hotel and the central bus terminal are available upon request for an additional cost.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
